The campground is so well maintained with amazing activities for families! We are so thankful to Elliot. My 4 year old daughter just thinks he is the funniest man ever and wanted to go to the AOK Cafe for every meal this weekend because he took the time to make our visit fun! Thank you

We loved this campground! Very nice setting, located away from the hustle and bustle but perfectly situated to visit all the things to do and see on the beautiful Finger Lakes area. Very clean, very well tended campground with friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful for our 3-night stay. Nicest campsite yet. Close to I-90 and to Canandaigua. What a beautiful part of the world. The dog park was just what our boys needed, and the walking paths, in and out of the woods and around the pond, were enjoyable.

Loved the cabin, had everything we needed. Grounds were beautiful and provided many family activities. Bathrooms and showers were updated and clean. Employees were very helpful.

Wonderful stay! Really nice area. Grounds are clean and well kept. All staff were friendly and helpful. The new bathrooms/showers…AMAZING!! We wish we could have stayed longer!! Great job Canandaigua/ Rochester KOA!!

This family run CG is our favorite! Meticulously clean campground with numerous amenities, yummy cafe, knowledgeable and caring owners Dottie, John and family ready to accommodate all your needs! Our stay is always amazing! The planned activities are a blast and we'll organized! The new pavilion over the bounce pillow is awesome! Halloween weekend is a blast. Can't wait for next year!

Once again, a wonderful time was had by all! The rain stayed away for most of the planned activities for the weekend and there was a great turnout for trick-or-treating. I can't say enough about the staff keeping things moving smooth and easy. We've already booked our reservations for next year.

The staff is always very personable, facilities are well maintained and they consistently have a number of activities available so there is plenty to keep the kids and adults busy. My son was ecstatic to catch a lunker bass from the pond this year!

My family’s favorite place to camp! The staff is amazing and the events are super fun! I wish the pathways were lit up for nighttime though, it can get super dark! But I highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

Excellent campground! Lots of activities for the kids, friendly and helpful staff. Campground was nicely maintained and clean :) Only downside was that the internet connection wasn’t great which would not have mattered if it wasn’t raining some of our stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It's was a great stay from the moment we arrived the ranger helped us back in with ease which started the weekend off with no stress. The activities were great... loved the trick treaters. The camp amenities were nice and decorations were outstanding. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Lots of activities, all the staff were wonderful. Sites were close, and my camper backed right up to a busy road which was not clear on the map till we got there. Lots of noise from passing cars.

By far the best KOA we’ve visited. It was busy because it was their Halloween weekend, several campers decorated their sites for the kids. Just my husband and I traveling, but we enjoyed the families and friendly atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and will come again to stay longer and visit the surrounding attractions

The next door neighbors were unusually active and loud, well past 10 PM. Our fish dinner was over cooked, but cafe workers were vey friendly and the dining area was spotless!

Upon arrival we Becky (front desk) who is a hoot and delight to talk to. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate so outdoor activities were on/off. This a great KOA and I highly recommend you stop in. We’ll be heading back that way after we leave the Middleboro, MA area (Plymouth Rock, Mayflower, and the East Bay Grill).

Highly recommend this campground. We've stayed here twice now and both times were great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are great too, anything you would want for both adults and kids. We would stay here anytime we're looking for a place in the area.

Updating my review to include the new Hunt's Pizza offering in the Cafe. It's a great addition and very tasty, they have a thin crust option which is perfect and a very good breakfast pizza! The pizza/wings only take about 6-7 minutes to cook and taste very fresh. Nice to have this on-site and not have to drive or wait an hour for delivery, saves gas and time! I've stayed at hundreds campgrounds and KOA's over the past 30 years and this is by far my favorite, it's a gem in the camping world. The facilities and grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The campground is a nice size, everything is within walking distance. They installed a huge new pool this year and it is fantastic! The staff is all friendly, family owned and the workers appear to be campers themselves. I've always had positive interactions and it's impressive how much staff is around to help. They are very upbeat and make you feel good with every interaction. The 10 pm quite hour is enforced and staff patrol around the clock to maintain quite and help with anything you might need. The camp store is well supplied with goodies and camping essentials in case you need something critical ( I seem to every trip!). The pond is really nice and I always see people enjoying the fishing and boats. They have a Cafe with great pancake breakfasts (the blueberry pancakes are fantastic!). They also have pizza, burgers, ect. We especially love the fresh fries and onion rings, we usually grab some to have with whatever we might be grilling at the site. Probably the most family friendly campground we've been to. While my wife and I were playing bingo there was a group of kids and family playing kickball in a field and a bunch of kids jumping on some giant pillow thing, nice to see so many people having fun, even during these trying times. This is the only Campground where I've been able to get a solid wifi connection, important for me as I can do a work zoom meeting remotely. We were also able to stream directly to our smart tv from our home services. No need for cable or a satellite! There is a lot to do in the area, horse track and casino less than 5 miles away and a water park nearby. This is a great place to stay while touring the local wineries or going to Watkins Glen (I've stayed at the KOA in Watkins, it is huge and the most expensive one I've stayed at in the Northeast). I wish I had discovered this KOA years ago, it's a perfect escape from home (Syracuse NY) and less than an hour away if my wife is driving :). I recently read that RV sales are up 30% this year, last time that happened was 9/11. Campgrounds booked very quickly and I'm certain that'll happen again. I'd book a year in advance if you can't get in now, I learned the hard way. This is a great place to book a Monday-Friday if you can't get in a full week. Enjoy your stay, it's hard not to! Ps. Don't miss the Happy Camper Breakfast in the cafe!
