The campground staff were friendly and helpful. I have a travel trailer and unfortunately my site was design for a drivable camper. Hook ups were on the wrong side of the camper so hooking up was a bit of a challenge. I was lucky I had a long enough power cable and a sewer hookup to reach. The site was not as level and very close together. Not the worst but not the best. Pretty area though.

I was put in a spot that was too far from the sewer for me to connect, even though I paid extra for it. Site was muddy due to water leak and wasn’t ready really for use. One set of toilets/ showers was out of order, the other was not clean. Disappointing experience despite beautiful location.

Was difficult to determine where our spot was. What was shown on map did not match site markings. Weeds around the campsite itself could be trimmed. Location is beautiful and quiet. It is a bit of a drive off the freeway to get there.

Nice campground with a very friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. We arrived after hours and our reservation was taped to the door just like they said it would be. The bad thing was that someone else was in our space and nobody from KOA answered the after hours number to help us solve this. We worked it out with the other campers however and had a nice two day stay.

The KOA is extremely run down, and the lawn maintenance is not kept up at all. The site I was put in first was covered in fire aunts and the second location was much better but the sewer drain was clogged, and the waste was running on the ground. I stopped as soon as it started coming back out and went to the office waste drain and completed my dump. The miniature golf & the game room not good.

The cabin was nice, but some of the dishes were left dirty. There was still tall grass in some areas around our cabin that we had to walk through, worried a little bit about ticks. upon request we were provided with a new umbrella for our outdoor table, that was awesome! We really appreciated the movie and snowcones for the kids, Pam is very welcoming, it just needs a little TLC.

I paid $90 for a site that has weeds to my shins. Should have been weed whacked. I had tried multiple times to change our site prior to even arriving. And there was no flexibility in that. Beautiful ground grounds, needs a lot of updating.

This KOA is very spacious and beautiful. The site was grown up and had not been cut which made for a lot of burrs and seed in my Labradoodles coat. Once the grounds are cut I’d give it 5 stars.

Wonderful visit to the City of Cloverdale in the Wine Country! Loved the KOA's Hot Tub, and the lovely and peaceful setting of the RV Park!

Overall the campground was good but the night ours next to my site were super loud playing music and dinking all night.

At first after a long ride and kids getting irritated I was like really upon the entrance but afterwards was a pleasant surprise. John greeted us and explained all the amenities and campground. Was generous enough to open the Door after hours as he was leaving so we can get firewood. Thank you John.

Office was often closed. Site was not level except one spot barely large enough for our 22 feet long trailer, so severely dropping off all around our rv that walking around our campsite was difficult.

spent two nights was happy that it wasn't very crowded(at least) where my site was. I've been there before. Really enjoyed my stay. Was surprised no one checked me in. but didn't really matter to me.

Front desk Rep was very rude and unkind plus over charged and racist.

Campground itself was nice. The noise level and kids was the worst part of the stay. I almost hit two young kids who ran in front of my truck.

Overall the campground was great. It was a little unkept and could use some TLC. It could also use a camp ground sink!!

Site was very unlevel. Dirt campsite filled with weeds that had burrs. They advertise pool and hot tub, which is why we chose the place. Hot tub was filthy. Bathrooms were left open and Icey cold, making showers unpleasant. No one was there for check in at 3:30.

Grasses were tall. Upkeep at park is terrible. It could be amazing. Probably the most neglected KOA I've stayed at.

Nice property, if it wasn't for all the weeds. Campsites full of weeds. "Dog walk" full of weeds/foxtail. Trees over roads need trimmed in RV areas. Looks like they had miniature golf...over grown with...yes, weeds! Bathrooms were clean.

While a challenge to get to, the park is very attractive with expansive views across Alexander Valley. The pool and the bathrooms are good. The fishing pond was nice to walk around or to sit in one of the view spots. The park was very quiet & peaceful, but being pre-season, it was only about 10-20% occupied. Maybe that's why the office/store had such limited hours?

Great visit and staff was great. Road getting to the park needs some work. Many low hanging branches that scraped our motorhome. Someone needs to do some pruning.

Great RV Campground. Beautiful sites. Beautiful scenery. Spacious Sites. Very nice amenities. Great sightseeing in the area, with many wineries to visit. Wonderful and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful tonight at the Cloverdale KOA. We will be recommending and staying there in the future. The house are very kind and make sure that we are comfortable. The grounds are fabulous all sorts of wildlife to see.

Absolutely wonderful location, staff and site. This is a camp ground for families with family activities to keep everyone active. A fishing lake for kids, camping for tents and trailers. Cabins for those who don't want to bother with either. It is NOT a resort! Kids are running and biking and being kids. There is a nice pool and hot tub and a nice rec room with video games. Among many of the wonderful features such the awesome views is that it's located a little over 3.5 miles from the noise of the highway and town. The road is a very easy meandering road that takes you along the grape farms and old oak trees. The is a slight incline to the top of the property that provides for awesome views of the Alexander Valley. One of the best KOAs I've been too. This is a camp.. leave you citytuide at home. Come here to chill, enjoy nature and the views. The town of cloverdale is a short drive away with lots of excellent brew pubs and specialty restaurants. Go enjoy it's a great location.

This campground was a great jumping off point for our visit to Sonoma Wine Country. It was far from full, as I guess our visit wasn't during the high season. The road to get there was a little sketchy and 15 minutes off the beaten path. Other than that and being a bit overgrown, the campground was nice and accommodating for our stay.
