Resort very nice and clean with a great staff. Sites are a little close but not bad. Close to the beach and shopping. My only problem was I had to ask if the site in front of me could stay open so I could pull out. Trees and a pole would have made my normal exit a challenge

Pool closed, we paid more to be on the water yet we couldn’t access due to the construction. We should have been told prior so we could have changed spots. Bathrooms very clean. The grounds very clean.

Clean, quiet, beautiful location and very friendly staff. I live locally and would love to hear anytime you have buy one night get 2nd night free type deals! We appreciated your helpful staff. They all seemed interested, engaged, and one pair even recognized us as we shopped at nearby Walmart and pointed us to the rv supplies section!

This is a very interesting KOA with lots to do. I would have booked a longer stay if I’d known what a truely unique campground it was. They have golf cart rentals & a paved golf cart & bike trail right out of the front entrance. Miniature golf on site. Lots of great places to eat near by. And a small both ramp in the back of the camp. Plus friendly & helpful staff. A+

It was unfortunate the pool still closed but this is a very nice campground we have used many times over the years. Staff is always very helpful and bathrooms and grounds kept Very clean.

Beautiful view. Clean cabin. Kim, from the grounds/cleaning staff, was amazing. Todd, in the store, was very helpful. My only complaint was the TV. Poor picture quality and unable to adjust volume.

The cabins were nice and comfortable but an RV was placed next to us and his LED outside lights were on until 11:30 pm so our campfire time was not enjoyable. All of the other cabins near us were empty except for one. The pool was under construction so I feel there should have been a discount or at least had the other amenities for free such as mini golf especially since the carpet was worn down.

Love the location! Tucked away on a beautiful quiet bay. We enjoyed the view and kayaking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one issue, on our final night our neighbors had several people over all day and were very loud until after 1:00 am. We had to get up early to travel. Made for a long day on the road. How can we let you know of problems after hours in the future? Thank you!

Campground was great. Was our maiden camp with travel trailer and everyone was helpful and the place was quite beautiful only wish pool was open but none the less it was great

Great location, very clean and updated restrooms, plenty of activities and enjoyed Pinellas Trail. Staff ALL very friendly. Brooklyn is a great ambassador to the property! Tony took us to our site, very friendly and informative.

The camp staff were friendly and helpful and obviously enjoyed working at the campground. The park was clean and the hosts spaced out campers when possible. Although the pool and some of the camping spaces were under construction during our stay, it appeared that the coming changes would add to the overall experience. Excellent experience and plan to go back.

Very nice campground and very friendly staff. Bri went out of her way to make sure we were securely in our spot and very humble individual. Looking forward to June when we turn for our next visit. We left our RV at Randy and Katlyn’s AOK Storage, thank you for the tip and they are very nice folks as well.

All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The facilities (restrooms, laundry, store) were all clean and functional. My only negative comment is that my site had no shade at all at any time of the day. None. It was brutal during the afternoon. I know every site can't be shaded and I didn't ask to be moved (not sure if that was even possible) so it's just a comment.

Site was clean and very nice on the water front. Our neighbors were very nice and helpful. However the pool was closed for maintenance.

It was a nice stay. A little disappointing that the pool was closed for repairs the whole month of April which caused us to pay for parking at the beach. We have friends we had call to stay but they say there are no open spots. I guess that’s a good problem for KOA.

Garbage absolute garbage. Never ever will I stay here again. Site 10 is not a campsite its a picnic table on the way to dock. I was charged an outrageous amount the amount of room. The site was. Lucky a very very nice employee assisted us and moved us to site 5. For the amount of money you spend. I should be able to rent a kayak passed 5. Ridiculous Ridiculous

We were disappointed the pool and family hot tub weren’t open and our site was an older one with just a picnic table on a small wooden deck not what I prefer but all that was available. The location and everything else at this KOA is absolutely perfect. We love it and highly recommend just make your reservation early to get a premier site.

All employees had great attitudes and work ethic. The bike renting procedures and support were phenomenal and affordable. The only thing I would change is to dim the street light outside tent spots c19.

The location is great, very close to beaches. Amenities are nice, but the the sites along the water are too close together (we were in site DW12). The construction is annoying (no pool, and temp fence all along the edge of water). I'd wait until all the construction is done before I'd go back (maybe 2025?).

Location to ocean was great our site was dirty signs of sewage dump gone bad with toilet paper debris all in the grass recent table repair made it unusable due to heavy sap all on center board expensive for the quality of our site

We were unhappy that the pool was closed during our stay, but we were call informing us about the repair work ahead of time. Facilities are excellent and the staff friendly. My site on Long Bayou was beautiful, but because of a tree, I could not open my awning. Partly my fault since when I was guided to park I didn’t notice. I could have parked further from the tree and opened my awning part way

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The washroom and showers were constantly clean. We were very impressed with how clean the showers were any time we needed them. Even more clean than Fort Wilderness at Disney!! The staff were always accommodating and friendly when we needed something. I will definitely be back to this location!

The campground has great showers and restrooms. The laundry area is perfect. It has one of the nicer stores I have seen but needs more food basics (milk, bread, eggs etc). However, the camping area needs works. Camp employees who blow the fallen leaves make alot of dust and debris which dirties up all of our camping equipments. They should vacuum up rather than blow. Streets need cleaning!!

We had a family weekend get away for this past Memorial day weekend and we had a great time! The grounds are very nice, bathrooms super clean and staff super super friendly especially Brooke and Sheri, they were very nice to talk to. The staff that was running the water slides were also super nice. Even though the pool was closed they did everything possible for there to be water activities for the kids, everything about the weekend was great! Keep doing what your doing because everything runs smoothly there. We will be back!

Wow! What a fun experience! We throughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. The staff was extremely friendly and set the tone for the rest of the trip. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed making dinner over our campfire. Our dog received a surprise “welcome kit” in the cabin which made us smile. I can't recommend this enough!
