I would like to see alittle cleaner cabins seems like I clean more when checking out. They could do a better job with the spider webs inside the cabin. Lisa at the front desk is fantastic!

Awesome campground. Grounds are small and so are the spots but perfect for what we needed. Very clean and well kept. Close to lots of fun activities. Staff was extremally friendly and generous!

Freeway friendly. Very courteous office staff. Gave us 2 freshly baked cookies. Noted that maintenance was on- going. (Painting) Nice pool and jacuzzi. Lush grassy areas. Paved interior roadways. All gravel campsites. Older buildings. Bathrooms are functional and could use some updating. Tight campsites. Well laid out. Some activities of all ages.

Very nice camp ground. Just very noisy as I have a soft sized camper and the heavy traffic continued all night. I’ll bring earplugs next time.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful KOA!! All the staff were absolutely lovely and Kim is very sweet and helped us out big time! Bathroom and laundry room were very clean and the store is fantastic to go shopping in! We will definitely be back!

We love it here! Campground staff are friendly and efficient, restrooms are clean, and grounds are well maintained. We did love the old campsite configuration much better with the open fencing to the playground and a full fence between patio areas. We did not love the open railing between our patio and the neighbor's patio adjacent to ours - no privacy.

Leider nur ein Zwischenstop. Ausreichend großer Stellplatz. Sehr sauberer CG. Gut sortierter Store. Beheizter Pool auch im Oktober noch in Betrieb. Kleines Minus sind die Geräusche von der Autobahn.

My cabin, the grounds, and the store were all clean, friendly, well stocked, updated, comfortable, and fair priced! Would revisit again and again.

Nice, clean campground with lots of activities. But, our queen bed was unacceptable. It was obviously old and sunk in the middle. I had to sleep in the bunk bed to be able to sleep, and not with my partner. How can I recommend it to others? We also noticed many kids on bikes without helmets. That should be enforceable. Paying $185 a night to sleep in bunk bed was not our exepctation. C 8

I felt very welcome and they know what customer service is all about. Everybody was just happy to be working. It was just a great experience. This was my second time there and it was even better than the first . I can’t wait to go again.

The spaces were really small and close to the other occupant. I heard you do not allow American Flags to be flying on each trailer. I think that is uncalled for. For $100.00 a night, I think these above comments should be addressed. I will probably still be back though.

The sites are tight, but the facility is very well kept. Cute store. The only bummer is the constant 24/7 highway noise.

Beautiful and clean - staff were friendly ( thank you for the freshly baked cookies on arrival!) - the only downside is the freeway noise at night otherwise I would rank it a 10! Easy access to plenty of fun activities in the surrounding area! Hiking and bike trail just steps away! And, the well known Avila Family Barn is a quick walk across the street! Thank you!

We loved our stay from minute one.Friendly welcoming staff gave gifts of cookies,dog treats&drink cozies.Our first time here and we got the best spot.The online description states”We are an old park…” that should be stricken.The park is beautiful,updated,clean,beautifully kept,lots of activities,the best offleash dog area & wonderful staff.We will come again with pleasure.

Sites are tight and close. We had one with a patio, fire pit and grill. Lots if seating plus a table. Semi private and gorgeous. We had a 2 week stay and neighbored with big rigs to teardrops. Everyone of them fit. If you get a back in site make sure you have good back up skills. Overall a very lovely place and can’t wait to stay again

Enjoyed our stay. The ladies in 39 had their thumping bumping music on until 11:15pm and again in the morning. Thank God they left on Sunday.

The rates are reasonable, the staff is amazingly friendly & helpful, the campsite is clean & has nice amenities. Kitchen items, linens & decor were great! However, the small cabin didnt appear to be in its best shape, maybe because it was a pet friendly space? The floors didnt look mopped. The baseboards appeared rotted. The bathroom sink didnt drain well & the toilet flush was questionable.

We were impressed with the park and immediately upon arriving, decided to extend our trip home by booking another night. The staff was friendly and helpful, the park clean and well organized. We'll stay there again as a destination rather than a stop-over.

We love your KOA, and have been for several years and will plan to come back likely next year as well. But we did find the floor in our cabin to not be very clean upon arrival. Thankfully, the staff did mop it upon request, but it was not very clean when we first checked in, unfortunately. Overall, though, it was a great stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pancake breakfast was a nice touch. The trees and general landscaping were well done. It’s right by Hwy 101, so is a bit noisy, but tolerable. We would return to this KOA.

This was our first visit to the Avila KAO, and we will definitely be back! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The park was clean and well maintained. We brought our two dogs, and I really appreciate that they have a great little dog park with obstacles, and it was very clean! For being fully booked, it was very quiet. They have a pool, spa, playground for the littles, movie nights, breakfast ($6), and a game room. Nice stay!

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.
