Enjoyed our stay. It was close to Badlands National Park which is why we were there. The park was outside the town so it was quiet and peaceful. There was a cook house so we didn’t have to cook if we didn’t want to. We didn’t have children with us but there appeared to be good places for kids to play. Would stay again.

Well maintained campground, staff are amazing. I do recommend reserving a bigger spot if you want more room for vehicle. It is tight but doable on smaller pads. When we was there there was dogs everywhere. So must like dogs to stay here. Excellent location. Woukd stay again.

Over all the KOA was nice, but a couple little things with pool and grounds maintenance that could have been better.

Office and golf cart staff were very friendly and helpful. Katie was able to help us out with arriving early which was very much appreciated. We had site 79, beside being by the highway it had hardly any gravel, my suggestion would be to charge less on a site like this. Proximity to national park was only a few minutes.

It was okay. Weird how the water and firepits are set up. Also the sites are very close together. Wifi was awful.

We stayed for 5 days the campground was extremely well maintained and the owners and staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a perfect location about 5 miles from the Badlands and a little less to the grasslands & about 30 min to Wall. Our site was very nice , clean laundry room and nice dog park. We loved the ability to hike in the am return for lunch and go back out again. Will go back�

Friendly staff, beautiful setting with spacious (and level) sites, excellent location for Badlands National Park and not too far from other attractions (Mount Rushmore, Black Hills National Forest, etc.).

Stayed a few days to see the Badlands National Park. This KOA has a great location just down the road from the park. There are some nice sites in this park unfortunately (site 156) was not. Sites needed maintained and park needed tidying for the price charged. Directions to the park don’t mention you will travel through the NP so be prepared to pay $30. or have a park pass on your way in.

Campground is very peaceful. Bathrooms and campground are well kept. Staff is very friendly.

The staff was wonderful, but wood they sell is crap wood burns fast , other than camping people thinking ok to bring 5 small barking dogs to camp with, people are stupid.

We stayed for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site was level for our travel trailer and the full hook-ups were great. We frequently took our dog to the fenced in dog park which he thoroughly enjoyed. Very close to the Badlands, which we visited the two days we were there. All of the accommodations were great!

The camp could be nice with a little maintenance. Site looked as though nothing had been done since last season. Sticks and branches and tall weeds, table was dirty, and the grill was rusty. I don’t use the pools, but this one was green with a sign “closed for season”. Would have expected better after Memorial Day and the good weather.

New owners. Improved WiFi & facilities over our stay 3 years ago. Added food stand & eating area. Didn’t try :-/. Dog run excellent. The women’s shower beside the office was less than desirable. Shower control didn’t work well. Hooks too small for clothing. Temperature in bathroom freezing for a shower. No paper towels. Men’s shower was better. One worker loved new owners. A 2nd did

We camped in pull thru site #35 for a seven night stay. Overall the park is a great place to stay if you are headed to Badlands NP and other attractions in the local area. The park is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Kevin and Jeff for their great attitude and help when needed. The only Issue was the water pressure was limited.

This campground is only miles away from the South Dakota Badlands which is highly convenient if you wish to visit the state park. My husband and I visited in early June and went to both the Badlands as well as Mount Rushmore ( which is about one and a half hours away). In addition to its wonderful location, what we liked best about the campground was how well we were treated by the friendly staff. We almost never ask to be relocated once assigned a site, but because we were quite near the playground and the sometimes noisy problems that can cause, we asked to be moved. We were, without any problems, given a nice campsite away from the playground and the staff could not have been more accommodating. It is a comfortable campground run by people who care about their guests.

Beautiful, well maintained campground with lots of trees and amenities. Hospitable hosts and clean bath houses. I liked the trail along the river embankment. Our wifi was excellent; there are wifi towers set around the campground. Only 5 miles from Badlands National Park. I highly recommend.
