Our pull thru site was on a hill and not long enough to level properly.

The staff was very nice. The park was nice. There was no cable due to cable rates going up so make sure you have a smart TV. There is a little road noise due to the I40 .

The park pull thru was not level. The park needs renovation and upgrades. The trees and grass needed trimmed and mowed. The roads needed gravel and the sites could be improved. It was not the typical KOA that I have visited in the past. The only plus to the park is that the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Nice peaceful clean campground. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time staying at KOA Buffalo. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were just a one night passing through however it was pleasant and easy site to get into. Bathrooms was clean and all was taken care of. Pool wasn't ready yet but it was a little too cold for a swim still anyway.

Last minute one night stay, Penny was so nice. We called about 5pm for reservations, love the flowers in the big pots at campsites.

Unlevel site back and front ,sewer trap in end of thé site + broken cap , whitout fire ring, whithout câble TV , not thé first visit but maybe thé last now !

Very accommodating. I hadn’t indicated I was towing anything, but Steve chose a site that would suit us better. Bathrooms w showers were great, individual bathrooms and never any wait. Pool up and running May 5! Nice compact spot.

The facility and staff I would rate at 5 stars. The location of the facility, I would rate an 0. Our tent camping site, contiguous to I -40, made sleeping next to impossible, even with the earplugs we were provided upon check in. I will not be back for this reason only. Bob Walker

The people were very friendly. The cabin was comfortable and the restroom was easy access. I loved the large showers.

Great place for overnight stay. Easy on and off interstate. Site long enough we did not have to unhook snd we were able to get on road quickly. Clean bathrooms as nd shower.

Stayed 4 nights with my parents. Clean and conveniently located campground with friendly and helpful staff. Bathhouse are spotless and the laundry facilities were a big help to us while on the road. Great restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Nice place.

This is an older KOA, so it is a bit rustic. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The roads are gravel. The bathhouse needed a little attention; though the toilets were clean the entire place needed to be freshened up. Bugs and cobwebs were abundant in the shower. It was a typical KOA: safe, convenient, adequate. Good place to stay when you’re just passing through; I would stay here again.

I pulled in really tired everyone in the campground. The lady in the office, the people on the grounds. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The grounds were beautiful. It was a lovely stop to place to stop for the night. The only thing that could have made it better was less road noise. Even then. I would stay again

Glad we paid for a patio spot as it was long and level. Other sites didn't look as good. Enjoyed the fire pit and chairs!

Grounds are well kept, bathrooms are very clean. Loved all the green space. Only complaint was the interstate noise because of the proximity to it. Nice part though. Would stay again as an overnight.

Penny and Holly are wonderful and the KOA is beautiful, but it is next to I-40, so it is noisy.

We stayed at the Buffalo I-40 Exit 143 KOA Journey for 3 nights. It's mainly for overnight stops. It was clean, nice laundry room, clean bathrooms. Staff was awesome, Steve in the office and Kenneth on the grounds were both friendly and helpful. Site leaned to the front a bit but was able to level without issue. Power, water, and sewer were nicely located and functioned properly. We'll be back.

Nice KOA. Staff was great and the grounds were well kept. The only negative is that our spot backed up to I40 and at times was a little loud. We would definitely stay there again!

RV sites are not very level, not enough room for car/site, upkeep disappointing, no real grass between sites, did not feel it was like other Journey KOA. Very noisy & too close to highway to relax. No cable & S-L-O-W WiFi.

We had a concrete pad with table set and BBQ which was a nice setup.The staff were friendly and accommodating.Will certainly stay here on our return trip in the fall.

Nice tree-lined park with pull-though and back in sites. Most sites are gravel, but a couple nice, fully paved pull through sites are available. Staff is friendly and will escort you to your site (must be there prior to 5:00 PM. for escort). The laundry room was very clean. The only negative is that it is very close to I-40, so traffic noise is high.
