The google reviews had me a bit nervous about staying here -- but the place was fantastic. Very friendly and supportive staff, immaculate bathrooms and campgrounds, and a great location for nearby activities. My only complaint would be all of the yellowjackets (my wife got stung), but I've heard it's a bad year for them! Otherwise, we highly recommend this KOA location!

We had our third stay of the summer and had a great time. Check-in was smooth and happy--Carol did her usual great job, the site was clean, the campground was clean, and the campground crew was topnotch and friendly. There are plenty of things to do and places to go in proximity to the KOA. We will be back again!

We had a wonderful 9 day stay. The Owners (Sunny & Howard) and Park Workers were very nice & accomadating. It is a very well maintain and very clean park. located in a fantastic area of the United States with loads of things to do and to see. I would recommend a visit to this KOA to anyone who wants to have fun and explore the beautiful state of Washington.

Campground was well maintained and very clean... The office went out of their way to satisfy us.. We will definitely come back to the Burlington KOA

The restrooms are clean, but the showers are not functionally furnished. One hook for all clothes and hand towel is too little. The bench in the corner is too low. This means that everything you bring with you gets wet in the shower. The stuff in the store is a bit overpriced and dusty.

I found it annoying that I had to pay $25 for my cousin and his wife to drive their car into the park, sit at our site (ay at the back) for about 30 min. Then they took us out to lunch and returned us to our space a couple of hours later. We were there for 4 nights and this was not a weekend visit with a full familly and a bunch of kids using the facilities for several hours.

The pads in the cabins are too uncomfortable, for as much as it costs to stay in one, the bed pads should be better quality. Was very disappointed in the cabins, considering the price for them

The facility is ok overall but lacking in comparison to what I expect from a KOA Holiday. The grass is burnt and weeds are in the road and RV parking pads. The place has amenities for children to enjoy but the hours are extremely limiting. The pool opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. The laundry hours are also inconvenient. I have never stayed at a KOA with so many signs restricting activities.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was polite and friendly. The campground was clean and the kids enjoyed the playground. We appreciated the options for kids such as pool, bounce pad, and mini golf. Our kids were sad to miss the Saturday foam party. Overall, the campground was quiet. A few more events and activities for families and kids would be nice. Thanks for the stay, we'd come again.

We would return, We like the camp, clean and safe. The other campers, not all were not rule followers, many speeding even with kids in the road. There as alcohol used in the pool and lots of kids in the hot tub without adults. On 2 occasions, staff came in and did see what was going on and said nothing. Either enforce the rules or don't make the rules. I feel the staff was great.

Very nice park. Lots of things for kids. Friendly staff. Very neat. The back area could use shade trees next to RV sites, not just around the outside.

Definitely one of finest KOA parks we’ve stayed at….in any corner of the country! Well laid out, well maintained, excellent amenities. We would highly recommend this park!

This is a really nice park. The people are great, The sites are nicely spaced, not tight. Our concern is the narrow entrance, the narrow bridge to the back section and the logs lining the roads and sites in the back section. The entrance is a tight turn and extremely narrow gate. Without knowing about it, you can’t make the turn. The logs make getting into an end site dangerous, scraped our bins

We had family that came to visit us in the campground because they live in the area, and was charged $25 to enter the campground grounds($10per person & $5 for the car) I feel that’s a bit excessive and money hungry, the water pressure was so erratic. I will definitely not be returning to this campground which is sad because we’ve enjoyed this place in the past.

We have been to this park once before in the winter; I must say it is way more fun in the summer! Our 5-year old grandson had the time of his life. We were located in the 30-amp section at the front, which we won't do again. The spots are too close together. The FOAM party was fantastic and there was plenty for our grandson to keep occupied.

It was a great trip! It's nice to know while we spent the day on Orcas Island and the ferry schedule was a mess that our campsite was secure. BUT the tent sites were right next to the playground. I understand kids are kids. but for people who are kidless.. it's a lot, not relaxing. I love that they have a playground and so many things for kids to do, just not next to tent sites. It's very difficult to see the entrance at dusk. It's very easy based on map directions to turn into the wrong parking lot. If you do, then a lady staying in one the trailers will come out yelling at you along with one of the KOA security staff. This KOA is in a strangle location. There is nothing to do here if you're over 8 years old. It's a tired campground and it's location was not for us.

So sorry that you turned into a private driveway in lieu of driving to our large parking lot. In 12 years no one has turned into that driveway. Sorry our campground was not for you. Hopefully you find what makes you happy

The bridge to go back to our stay was too narrow. The pad was gravel and the grassy areas were dead. For a holiday stay we expected a bit nicer place. The koa was a ways from from anywhere.

I'm sorry you're not enjoying you stay here. The grass you say is dead because it doesn't rain here in the summer, but it turns back to a beautiful green color in the winter. Look on the bright side.

Lovely clean site plenty of space between pitches. Very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to help. Always see staff out and about making sure the site is clean.

We had a great stay. The cabin had minimal cooking tools which was surprising such as cutting boards, sharp knives and can openers.

It was our first time staying at the campground, and we were very impressed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. When I had an issue with my trailer, help was available when I needed it. The bathrooms and showers were super clean and well-lit. The campground's location was good, with Costco and other shops all within a 10 to 15-minute drive. We were extremely happy staying there and will definitely come back soon.

This place is just minutes off off interstate 81. I was surprised how quiet it was in the evening. I was the only one having a fire. Unfortunately it wasn't much of a vacation since I spent most of the time troubleshooting some issues with the RV, but it was nice just the same, and the girl in the office helped me the morning I had to leave and my slides would not retract.......... I definitely recommend this campground for whatever your needs might be.
