We stayed for 3 nights in Lobo cabin, The door squeaked very loudly, the AC and overhead fan were noisy as well. The large window did not open. There was no hot water in the main bathroom, the closest to our cabin. The swimming pool was closed part of the time. Overall the campground needs maintenance. The personnel working there were nice.

We really love it. But our cabin poni was full of spider webs, and also some little spiders. But over all, very nice.

Very clean campground. Ease of use especially in getting into our lodge after hours. I like that the game room is open 24 hours. The fenced in dog park is much too small is my only critique. It is remote being 26 miles north of Carlsbad so if you come in after hours you’ll be out of luck if you didn’t bring food/drinks cause there is nothing close by. 4.5 stars really. Will come again.

I do not recommend and will not return, huts with many cobwebs, very dirty bathrooms lack a lot of maintenance

Cabin needed repairs. Was not as clean as it should of been. Lots of spiders and webs. No bathroom curtain only rod. Staff not helpful. No soap for shower. Cabins definitely needed some maintenance we rented two of them. Both had issues. The shower was stained terribly and bed linen needed replaced worn out. Definitely needs upgrading . We paid alot for the quality we received.

We were assigned the Prickly Pear Cabin. It was not cool & there was no remote for the AC. Water was standing in the bathroom floor. Only 2 twin flat sheets, 1 pillow case, & 1 small blanket. No towels, wash cloths, or rugs. No dish cloths or towels for the kitchen. I called the after hours number, they moved us to the next cabin & brought the necessary linens All was fine after that.

No fridge in room. No security locks on bathroom. Very string sulphur smell due to location. I would have paid less and gotten a whole lot more for a hotel room in Carlsbad or Whites City.

Management was friendly and the grounds were clean. The cabin was not clean, the spider webs had not been removed in some time. The floors and bathroom was not cleaned well in a very long time especially the shower. The toilet was clean, the sink was clean but the floors had not been mopped, the shower had not been scrubbed and the shower curtain was pretty gross.

Not accommodating, asked to up date lodging but said there were none but the 2 days we were there the cabins we would have liked better were never occupied. Restrooms lacking in cleanliness, no paper towels for one day as well as, toilet paper not in handicap stall and certainly not very friendly.

This place was really run down and the cabin we stayed in was disgusting. There were cobwebs all over, dishes were not clean and even had insect poop in them. AC wasn’t working and other issues that the character limit won’t let me mention. I have pics too, that I will post in a google review. We paid $215 each night for a horrible experience. Stay away from this place!!

Came in after a long travel day. Office closed however keys were ready for pick up. Stayed in camping cabin. Cabin didn’t seem as clean as other KOA’s we have stayed in. Many bugs which could have been due to climate and heat. Only stayed one night so it met our needs.

Handrail was too low for my handicapped wife. Pool was closed and there were so many flies. Cabin was nice and the employees were great.

We really enjoyed our stay.. cabin was roomy and clean. We had two xl kennels for our dogs and they fit perfectly and still had plenty of space in living and kitchen area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept up beautifully. We stayed in the cabin and had no complaints. Comfortable and cleaned.!

Stayed in the Kasa cabin, no bathroom. Make sure to remember to bring your own linens. Great facilities on site, bathrooms and showers, store. Cool 4 wheel pedal bikes to rent.

The cabin was cute and cozy, the atmosphere was great, beautiful sun rises and sun sets were an added bonus, we admired the upkeep of the park and watching the animals and birds. I would have liked to see brochures of Carlsbad Caverns and other places of interest in the office, we're tourists and not familiar with the area. The restaurant was closed, that was disappointing & the pool wasn't open.

We arrived on Thursday to our Cabin and my wife noticed that the shower was not draining properly. I let the office know and they moved us to am older cabin that had its own problems. Both A/C units were not working. I informed the office and all they could do was give us 30% off of cabin and move us back to the cabin with the drainage problem. We had no choice but to move back to the cabin.

It was a vacation with my granddaughter, and she so loved the little cabin thought that it was so cute. We sit outside and watch the beautiful stars the big dipper the little dipper made their appearance which made our evening an unforgettable one. it’s the little things in life just like the cabin.

There was games for kids and families to play which were open 24 hours. Indoor game room and patio games. Bathrooms and shower were clean. We stayed in a cabin.

The men’s amenities had pour water for washing hands. You had to push a button for getting ester , only the cold watr was not cold, en ther was no hot water. The amenities are far away from s cabin. I had to make a little hike in the night. The reception was not open until 10.00 am. So i couldn’t buy a bottle of water. The internet is verry pour! No internet in the cabin, only in main build

It was so windy we switched from tent camping to a cabin. Thankfully that was easy. But the price for a cabin with no bathroom was ridiculous and the bathrooms were filthy the whole time we were there.

Nicely layed out park. Staff at registration was very polite and loved how she knows her information and how she explained it. It was fun. It's hot today so the pool is going to get visited for sure later.

This park says it's in Carlsbad New Mexico, but it really is 30 minutes from the City and in the opposite direction of the Caverns. Drive time to the Caverns was almost an hour. Clean RV park, great big drive through spaces. Easy after hours check in. 90 degrees outside in May, pool was closed and no hot water in the women's shower.

This KOA was really nice. A large laundry room, a nice gift shop, and a large gathering room. The hosts were all very friendly and helpful!
