Great location right off the interstate and in Ft Mill. Bathhouse was newer and in very good shape. That’s where it ends. Sites were very small and tight, basically rock/red dirt, little grass. Very pricey for what you got. Okay if you are tired and just pulling off for the night and got going early next morning.

It was a shakedown stay locally, as we’re taking pur TT out for a long 2 week trip. The cheerful staff was of great assistance to us, as our experience is limited & was 25 months rusty

Campground roads in need of improvement and very dusty as a result. Many sites were not level. This KOA could be so much more with improvements.

Stopped overnight and didn't even unhitch. Knowing we were popping in for about 12 hours management gave us a fantastic pull through spot. We will definitely stay there again.

Camping pour les passants. Terrains petits, proche des voisins. K9 avec porte difficile à ouvrir et fermer. Le fond truck à l'arrière est le gros plus de ce camping!

Not worth the $, They pack you in so tight you can’t even get level. The entire front of my trailer was so low I had to utilize all my levels and fully extend my hitch jack. Their gravel “pads” are all uneven. They also wanted to deny my reservation because my wife’s service animal is a pitty.

A bit over priced! Pull throughs could be very close if park is full, back to back and very close. Shower stall very slippery, I took a nasty backward fall onto the floor. Really need mats in shower please. Staff was great, very accommodating but the park itself leaves a bit to be desired.

This KOA is by far the worst campground we have ever stayed at. Roads in the facility were horrible, sites were all gravel that have not been maintained in a long time, large rig sites are two per row so you have two campsites on the same row, part of the campground is under construction adding new sites and the rate is about double what you would expect $85 night. Staff was nice and helpful.

Great camp! We loved our Deluxe Cabin experience. The amenities (playground, pool, mini golf, etc) were very nice. We were too early in the season to really use those things, but I would definitely recommend to families with kids. Walking distance to the grocery store was very convenient. The ladies in the registration office were hilarious and super friendly. We loved our stay!

well kept. The employees were very nice and helpful. I had a nail in my tire and they went out of there way to help my change it. Thank's alot to all that helped.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A Publix grocery store is within walking distance and there is an Exxon station (with diesel) right in front of the KOA (although you would have to unhook to use it).

Large level spots, friendly staff, overall good stay. Initial arrival and where to pull in was a bit confusing but there is a big enough area if you make a wrong turn you are still ok. Area is very congested and making a left turn to leave and get back on the interstate was a little difficult. Looking at a 30-40 minute drive to get into charlotte depending on traffic.

This campground is a little rough and needs work and "way" over priced for what it has to offer. Staff was helpful.

Overnight stay on way home. Check in easy. Road noise may affect sites close to office. Bathrooms very clean, great looking laundry. Would recommend.

It was like a quarry with huge potholes and loose laid gravel . The fire ring along side our site had grass knee high growing out of the fire ring . Trying to rest was impossible with the backhoe running all evening as well as the long term renters speeding by to get to their long term sites . This place IMHO is not compatible with the KOA brand .

Warning! Park your rig yourself. Don’t have attendance assist you! Two assisted my husband to run right in a tree, putting a dent in our truck. The spot was way to small for us as well. The two men watched me move a heavy picnic table out of way. They had no clue what they were doing. The campground would not take reasonability for dent. Said it was our fault. We have a pull behind camper. The facility is ok. The sites are very small but typical RV sites. Our site didn't have a fire ring but we were allowed to still have a fire on the ground so ok with that. The pool is a nice feature along with the mini golf. The only real downside is that it's very expensive. $90+ a night is a lot for what you get.

Stayed there numerous times passing through on our journeys. Convenient off and of the interstate. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Will definitely stay again if possible.

Ron was very helpful helping up park and level up. Had a good visit after we got finished. Stopped a couple time to see if everything was good. Relaxing overnight stay. See you this fall on our way south

Too many complaints to list! I arrived late at night and I couldn't believe the number of sites they packed into this campground. Their "map" was extremely confusing and I drove a big rig around for an hr. looking for my spot. The site numbers were not lit on the space. Management finally came and escorted me. I cancelled my return reservation.

We stayed one night on our way back home. The restrooms were remodeled and beautiful. The campsite was very crowded and unattractive. It was fine for one night, but not much longer. The access on and off the highway was close and convenient.

Very nice campground and staff. Very convenient to major highways, gas station and grocery store if needed for supplies or refueling.

Small KOA, easy to access, spots were large. Check IN office has limited hours but you're able to arrive after hours.
