Lots of disappointments. First it was not prime season and the prices were reflective of prime season. Nothing was open. The roads are in horrible condition. The internet and cable DID NOT WORK. We asked to be next to a family mber traveling with us. They did not accommodate, even though there were plenty of spaces our entire stay. They evidently want to get the extra $25 to guarantee a site.

We stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly and nice. The campground is very run down. Horseshoe pits were full of weeds, no grass anywhere between sites, just weeds. Weeds were not mowed down under the picnic table. It just needs some money put into it and some TLC.

An overnight stay. Easy to get in and out if. Good sized parking spots. Friendly staff. They try to accommodate you as best they can. Close to highway but did not hear any traffic. Nice place

Several activities that we were looking forward to on a rainy Sunday morning weren't available - jumpy pad wasn't inflated in the morning, game room wasn't open, volleyball net was falling off, gagaball court was full of weeds. No basketball court. It was rainy but we brought balls and would have liked to use the facilities advertised.

The Internet did not work with how far out we were put. The people that live at the campground have all of the spots upfront where the Internet actually works. We got four channels on the TV. The quiet hours are TEN hours long. The “year-round pool” was not heated. The hot tub was locked and unusable. The store doesn’t open until 10 AM. The dog area had several bags of dog poop scattered aro

Had some problems with rv and the staff went above and beyond helping us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is price for what amenities they have. Cable didn’t work well but that’s the only complaint I have.

Location was good. Site was not level. No cable, though we had sufficient stations with out antenna l. Weak WIFI that kept cutting out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Park is basic gravel park , decent size spots good for one night stay passing through. Allowance of political flags was a turn off, not sure who the manager is but should pay attention to that. Honestly will proabaly shop for another campground before returning, mainly because of proximity to the freeway is too close. Employee was nice at check in.

The rates are outrageous, we only stayed there because we couldn’t secure a place at the Cheyenne Mountain State Park.

Only point of improvement would be to update the prices on the sign for the laundry room. It is now 2.50 each for both wash & dry. The sign reads 2.75-wash, 0.25/5 min - dry. Other than that, the location was great for what I needed. They even let me borrow a length of sewer hose to reach w/o backing up.

Site 138 Power Pedestal is dangerous and needs major maintenance. Someone is going to get seriously injured or killed.

They staff was very helpful and the campground was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was all of the noise from I25.

The only downside to this KOA is its proximity to the Interstate and the attendant noise.

The 50amp breaker was above the 30amp plug and the 30amp breaker was above the 50amp plug in the box. Extension cords were running from the electrical box to the water faucets heating tape on many of the sites without covering the connection from rain or snow. Political signs were displayed on a couple of sites. The original site assigned to me already was occupied.

We were very disappointed in the quality of this "Holiday" KOA. The grounds were not kept up to a standard that should be expected for the premium price we paid to stay. Our site was not level, mostly dirt and mud. The gravel in our site was non-existent in much of the area. The pool was dirty, hot tub nonfunctional and the water was cloudy and uninviting. I could say so much more...

We have an awesome 1 night stay while traveling to South Dakota. Showers had hot water and were clean. Office staff was very nice and professional. It is a beautiful campground. Great scenery!!!!!

Large rv park. Currently making some improvements/ expansions. Restroom/ showers (woman’s) was disappointing. No real dressing area and several stalls were unavailable. If we return I would request spaces # 100-104. They are close to the river and “waterfall”.

It is apparent that the economic trials of the present are having an impact. We were placed amongst several campers who appeared to be residing at the campground. The sights were cluttered and the pressure of folks living there rather than traveling is apparent. I have stayed at this KOA multiple times in the past. Always has been well kept and in good standing. Sorry to say NOT SO MUCH ANY MORE.

Quiet park, easy access to I-25. The spaces long, gravel, and mostly level. The spacing between the sites was arranged so that you weren't looking into your neighbor's windows and offered more privacy than other campgrounds. Nice large dog park and lots of poop bag stations within the park.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
