The staff was very friendly and helpful in the booking process. However, the camp ground in NOT big rig friendly and there is a lot of needed maintenance in the property.

Our cabin was very nice sized, had everything we needed for a week long stay.Great outdoor area with privacy.Staff is extremely nice and caring.

Rented a deluxe cabin for kitchen. The website said it had kitchen - it did not. You could not cook inside. Garbage from previous renter was left inside cabin. The smell of bleach was overpowering. Office staff did not respond and were very unprofessional.

We loved site 503! It had more privacy than most, with high hedges on each side and room to put out our rain cover over the picnic table.

Very peaceful location, surrounded by Redwoods. We did experience 3 days of rain, but the site was level making setting up the RV. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay close to many activities to go and see.

All the facilities were very clean and the grounds were clean and neat. It was nice and quiet at night. The only negative is the cable for the cable TV was broken. We were in #203. By the time I noticed this, we were all set up and I didn't want to try to move.

The cabin was so cute! It was clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The amenities included were great. We loved having coffee on the porch and having a fire in the evening. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

This KOA is ok. Nothing special. Campsites a bit close with old picnic table and a rusty fire pit. There was a good view of Elk as they wandered by.

Staff was friendly and helpful with info about the area. Sites and overall campground conditions were in need of a cleanup and grounds maintenance. Found dog mess and cigarette butts at site. Because we have a dog we cleaned up both.

Stayed here 10yrs ago with son. Was magical and staff amazing. 2023 was a whole different story. staff left me high and dry when arriving. No one in office no number to call to get help. Office only open 10-4. Never saw staff. No bathroom code and Wi-Fi code. Just arrive after 5 and leave by 8am and you camp for free. Bath code 123456 Wi-Fi cckao. Thanks for nothing. Good luck everyone.

Was greeted by a sign on the door saying watch your items since people cruise the park &steal items off trailers, extremely uncomfortable, not feeling safe, ho gates or fencing. Sites and routing are poorly marked for directions, no one to escort, resulting in confusing parking for any rv, broken washers/dryers We don't know how this KOA is "HOLIDAY" Pass this one and go on down the road

Nice campground. Very dusty but don't think it had rained for quite a while. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

The site was clean, private, and near all the local attractions we wanted to see. I only wished the arcades were nickels instead of 50 cents so our kiddos could get a chance in there when we were onsite.

The staff was nice. The grounds are nice. The showers and washrooms were decent. I would stay there again. It's like a 3.5.

The camp site was in an area where the majority of trees were cut down so i felt like I was camping in a “dead” forest. The neighbors in the cottages were loud and allowed their little dogs to bark at all hours. The morning I left there were police at the neighboring cottage. Although the location was good the actual experience was disappointing!

It was close to the Redwood forest and shore. The sites were nice and clean. Bathrooms clean, but some sinks and showers were out of order. Maybe it was a busy summer season and/or having a difficult time scheduling a plumber. All in all a nice quiet place.

The cabin was nice. On one day there was a young man who was a parent must have been part of the riding a small motorcycle which was loud he rode it for about an hour. I feel that was not right.

We were there for 3 nights, part of a trip. Walking around the camp I wish I had been staying in one of your cabins; those sites were beautiful!! The full-hookup pull-through RV site we were in was rather blah in comparison. And the fire ring at our site, C6, was at the end of the drive, making it quite useless, in my opinion. Staff was very nice and the facilities were very clean!

The scenery was beautiful. We camped among the redwoods. The store was well stocked with necessities and gifts. Showers were fine, lots of hot water. I would like a shelf in the shower for my shampoo. Very clean Campground. We checked in after dark without a reservation. They made it very easy for us to get a spot. Very organized system. Nice, quiet evening. We’ll be back.

This has always been a favorite campground for our family, location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay this weekend, it was quiet, relaxing and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Honestly don't know what people are complaining about. My family loved it. We brought our 3 year old and a small dog and stayed in one of the basic cabins with no bathroom. It was quaint and comfortable and very warm with the heater. We brought our valuables into the cabin and took everything off our roof rack and locked it in the car. No theft, no one bothered us, no loud parties, very quiet and relaxing. Other families with small children. Short office hours but everything was ready for us for our arrival after hours. Bathrooms were clean and operational with hot water. Grounds were beautiful and we loved the goats.

Good overnight cabin stay as our group of 4 motorcycled through the area (Apr. 2024). Appreciated the website reservation process as well as the camp staff preps for our after-hours check-in. Clean facilities & grounds. Other than the electric heater not working, it was great. Yep, we'd stay there again.
