Only there for one night. The place was clean and staff very nice and friendly. Felt like a safe location. And right down in the old part of town where we wanted to be. Perfect.

Friendly and efficient office personnel. Clean pleasant park. I love thé adjacent dog park. Close to Boot Hill. Only negatives are internet (had bars, but didn’t work) and cable. (Broken up signal. )

The staff was polite, however, tried to charge me after I had already paid in advance, but caught the mistake. They ran out of ice. The park is wide open with no cantonment fence around, the men's bathroom shower stall floor was flooded. No trees really. The KOA sign spotlight shines right into the tent area. It has a nice layout and is quiet at night.

There was no signage on the road so we had to zigzag through residential streets to get to the campground. That was very frustrating. The hook ups should be more centralized on the pad. Our sewer hoses were barely long enough. The laundry prices were very reasonable. We were just passing through. Would stay again if we had to.

Park was OK with concrete level spaces. Facilities were good. Some of the interesting skirting that was placed on the long term trailers caught my eye, but I guess if KOA is OK with it, that's fine. Nice city park next to property with large dog park.

Wonderful campground! Easy to get in and out with plenty of room between sites. HUGE dog park which was so nice to let our lab run and get some exercise. Very quiet location! Highly recommend!

I unfortunately had to leave a day earlier than planned. My first impression of the property was it was clean and inviting. The sites were spacious and well kept. Even the fulltime residence kept their sites neat and uncluttered. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to special requests. The only thing I would like to have seen is more trees and or shrubs. I would stay there again.

It was a nice stay. The sites could/should be maintained better especially for the price charged. Sites had old garbage and trash left in the fire rings. Sites could have been inspected and relieved of animal waste cleaned up and disposed of.

Nice place to stay, nice level concrete pad with water, electric, sewer. The main negative was dog poop everywhere. We were told it was the camper beside us and he cleans up on Friday, but we left on Saturday and it still was all through our lot, and when we walked across the green between campers and cabins it was all through there too.

My overall stay was good and the staff was very helpful. The water faucet did leak necessitating me to fill my freshwater tank and use my water pump instead of operating off of city water pressure.

Over night stay so didn't use any facilities. Campground was clean, well organized. We were met and shown to our site which was a pull through with easy access site. We would stay again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very personable, knowledgeable and informative. I would have liked to used the shower house but I believe it was closed. Nice campground.

If you must stay here then I suppose it will suffice but the fact is that it's filthy, in particular the bathrooms. From amount of slime, mold in the showers and feces in the toilets that it's been months. It is one of the filthiest bathrooms I've ever seen in all my years of staying in RV parks. The "store" has very little items and no food whatsoever other than sodas so plan according.

This is probably nothing koa has control over, however the city of Dodge smells like manure and its located right by the train tracks. So consider that being huge factors if guests decide to stay elsewhere. Also, I've seen cleaner and overall more pleasant showers truck stops. Better shower heads shouldn't be too difficult to provide. Also hair hanging off the hand rails and clogging the drain.

Had a hard time finding the way to the park. No one there to help us out. Called a number and the person that I talked to didn't know ,much about it and she had to call her manager first and called me back. Store was not open and we had to leave before they opened.

large convenient cement spaces to park. Very close to the main city attractions. Large dog park shared with city. Washing machines and dryers need to be replaced immediately. Clothes were not clean; dryer made a terrible noise.

Highly recommend staying here! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms and campground were very clean. Level cement campsites. When we had a family emergency, staff went out of their way to help us.

I visited just before Thanksgiving, temperatures were already dipping below freezing. The zoo was nonexistant, the water park was closed (understandably), so there wasn't much to do. I was also about 15' off a train track spur. Thankfully no trains passed during the night, just during early morning. Showers took awhile to get warm water. Otherwise, a no frills, but safe, overnight stay.

Overall this KOA is very nice especially for an overnight stay. It's in a great location for our Colorado home base when traveling from the East. The dog park is excellent. I would have given it 5 stars expect for 1) a really long train that goes by fairly close to the park and 2) when water was not working for a few hours when we first arrived. They did fix the water and they were very courteous

Spent two nights at this KOA while traveling. Would have stayed longer, but weather dictated us to move farther south. The campground is very clean, quiet, and nice. The showers and laundry facility are esceptional! The voicemail said to leave a message and the call would be returned shortly. I tried twice, and never got a return call, otherwise this is a very nice campground.

I pushed the button in the shower five times with NO hot water delivered. You can do better than that. I mentioned it to my neighbor in the park and he said he had the same problem but stayed until finally he got some hot water. Geeze... at my age, I don't have that sort of time to wait!! I'll also question the unlocked showers/restrooms in the office building... a combination lock would be good.

The host was really lazy. Didn't greet us when checked in. Remain seated in chair and didn't even say thank you for being there.

Office/store open minimal hours and no posted info about those hours. This KOA has become an OYO ... on your own.

This KOA is fairly new and very close to Dodge City. There is a fenced in city dog park that campers can use and a waterpark next door. The laundry and restrooms were spotless. There is a small convenience store. The sites are level and some are concert pads and others are gravel. Electric and water at all sites and some have full hookups.
