Stayed in one of the cabins. So much better than a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and organized.

Bathrooms were clean and modern - breakfast was simple but kept up well. The RV was so nice compared to the tent camping we have done … bouncy, possibly from a damaged jack in the rear. Overall, staff was friendly and helpful, campground was small but the playground and game areas were enjoyed, as well as the trail through the lava rock field. Thank you!

Cabin was as expected. Staff was very friendly and informative and the food/dinner BBQ was outstanding. Hiking trails and plenty of room for walking my dog. I'd stay here again if in the area.

Grants Koa was a welcoming sight after riding solo for 700 miles. The check in was quick and painless, the cabin was clean and the bathrooms and showers were top notch. They had a kitchen where they made excellent food, and delivered pretty quickly to the cabin. The campground was amazingly quiet. All the more reasons I have fallen in love with New Mexico.

Stayed at K-1 cabin. Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Smiles on their faces the whole time. The maintenance man was also very friendly and helpful. Although the actual camp was not as pretty as some I’ve stayed at the staff more than made up for that. The restrooms were nice and clean and the showers were great. All in all thumbs up!

Cabin was clean & comfortable. Restrooms were also clean. My wife & I shared the Super Smoker dinner, & were very pleased. Plenty for both of us in one meal. Nice easy access to the interstate, but did not really hear the highway overnight. Pancake breakfast was a nice treat also, & coffee is included!! 24 hour laundry is a great feature also.

Very nice stay here. Clean family cabin. Comfortable and warm in late winter. Breakfast there was great. The trains that come through at night weren’t too close, but you can still hear them. That would be the only negative. Otherwise great place to stay.

Staff incredibly friendly. Great breakfast - included! Also - they deliver dinner and dessert if you want for a cost. Clean, modern bathrooms. Other great amenities. I particularly enjoyed the walking path, which had great knowledge signs along way w/ info about the area and landmarks in view. The collapsed lava bubble was so interesting! I appreciated the refrigerator in the cabin I rented.

the people who run this place are super friendly and take great care of the place, very clean and nice showers and bathrooms. they even offer a free breakfast. nice cabins.

This place was very warm and cozy. The bathrooms were very clean and warm. When my daughter and I arrived, the weather was in single digits and windy. The cabin was warm and ready for us. We just had come from the KOA in Tucson which was a resort and my daughter liked this KOA better!! We were only there for the night but they have breakfast included and the pancakes were perfect!

It’s always nice to stay at your KOA. However, I just couldn’t really get an answer to why we had a pay an extra $10 when we changed our reservation. We originally had it for December 14-15 but had to change it to December 15-16 but was charging additional $10. is there a fee to change a reservation date by one day? I’ve never had that situation before.

Enjoyed the camping cabin; keeping my guests and myself warm during the hailstorm night. Isolated and quiet location away from the highway and local town. Restrooms and showers maintain cleanliness. Continental breakfast provided the basic necessities. Staffs were friendly and outgoing. Will recommend staying here for future road trips.

Grants KOA was great! The staff were so nice! I stayed in a Kabin. It was clean and comfortable. It had extras that made my stay much more comfortable. The bathroom and shower facilities were very clean. There was even a free pancake feed in the morning. After saying all of that, the most important thing for me was that I felt safe. As a woman who travels alone a lot that is a top priority!

We rented the RV. When we arrived and picked up our information after hours, we had no heat. Called maintenance man and he was very nice but could not fixed the problem and had to give us a portable heater. Plus when we went to use the toilet, there was not toilet paper and nobody told us to bring our own. And finally, I specifically conveyed we had 2 dogs and then our paperwork said no dogs

My cabin was ready with heater on. After riding at almost freezing temperatures, it was an unexpected delight to find it warm. Enjoyed pancake machine. Staff was friendly and helpful as usual. Gift store had new travel things. Store also had quality Zuni made Indian jewelry. My 4 time staying at Grants KOA. Always a pleasant stay and pizza was good too. Thanks to all.

The campground was easy to find and the cabin was clean and comfortable. The office/store hours were convenient, staff was friendly, and the free pancake and coffee breakfast was good. It was nice to be able to order a meal and have it delivered to the cabin after a long day on the road. The bathrooms/showers were clean, but a bit of a walk from the cabin. Would stay there again.

My stay was a Camping Cabin (no bathroom) Cabin# 3. It was clean & had an unexpected amenity, a small refrigerator! It was a cold night outside but the cabin was toasty & the weather stop for the bottom of the door was a help as well. The TV worked great as well. The full size bed was spacious & as comfortable as possible. Staff were exceptionally professional & friendly. I would stay again.

The host was able to provide a different lodging option for 2 people, as the cabin I originally reserved only had one bed. We loved staying in the camper -- it had everything we needed and it was a much more comfortable option. The KOA store had lots of fun goodies. The campground is close is very close to town for picking up any supplies.

My husband and animals needed a place to stay while traveling the 40. I called Kevin to request a cabin, and he was a PLEASURE to deal with. I requested extra things and he made it happen. He even had the heater running so it would be warm when he arrived. My husband enjoyed his stay very much. Clean bathrooms and good breakfast and coffee. We would HIGHLY recommend!

Very nice staff. Good food delivered right to your site. Free all you can eat pancake breakfast the next morning. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Family showers/bathrooms instead of his and hers. Highly recommend this KOA!

We stayed for one night because of our travel schedule, but this campground was very nice and well maintained I would have stayed longer. The kids enjoyed the park and outdoor games there was. They even have bikes of a few different sizes to ride. The breakfast was good, who doesn't like free pancakes and coffee 😁 the showers were secured and locked and then inside there were several private bathrooms and showers in them. We didn't use the laundry room but it was very clean and had an iron 🤷🏼‍♀️ the store had more to offer than the KOA camps we've been too. So that was great.

What a nice stay. This place is thoughtfully laid out to have the morning sun at your door where the picnic table is located also, which leaves you with the hotter evening sun at the backside of your camper and gives some shade in the evening at your door and table. We were greeted with the friendliest smiles and welcome and a cookie! We were delighted to find out about free pancake breakfast and even more excited to find out that they offered to deliver GREAT food and dessert to our camp site! What!!??? That was a first for us and so appreciated after traveling all day. I had planned quick hot dogs for dinner, and instead, we enjoyed FRESH, HOT, DELICIOUS pizza followed up with 7 layer chocolate cake (ala mode if you desire). They offer full hook up 30amp and 50 amp drive-through sites as well as back in sites, tent camping, cabins, dog park, play ground, cable TV, WI-FI, a convenience store, clean bathrooms, laundry room, a walking trail, volleyball, corn hole, etc. Their check-in guest guide offers a map of the local area as well as discounts to local services and attractions. The camp ground is surrounded by lava fields and was fun to experience the awe of nature by walking around it. They also offer bikes you can borrow. They really put a lot of thought into making this a great place to stay. This includes Maria, who was so thoughtful, fun, service oriented and great at her job. We will definitely be back.

This KOA is our favorite we have ever stayed at. They delivered pizza and firewood directly to our campsite. My boys loved the pancake breakfast the next morning. And the views at this campground are absolutely stunning! We will be making a special trip to stay at his campground again!
