Awesome place to stay. Totally enjoyed it nice place to spend Thanksgiving with my family.

The campground is nice and convenient to lots of sites. The camping site that we had was right on the parking lot which seemed a little strange. The camp store and all the facilities were very nice.

The site was full of leaves so hard to see borders upon arrival. Utilities placed too far forward on our site and the neighbors tower was at our fire pit?? Need to have more pet waste stations throughout. Either need more trash cans or site trash pickup.

Enjoyed our time at Harpers Ferry!

This KOA has a lot to offer in, but not so much in the “off season”. The jumping pillow, arcade, pancakes, grapes and grinds, craft room, indoor basketball courts were all closed for the season during our stay Nov 18-20th. We knew the pool would be closed but we were really disappointed in the others. The bathroom closest to our site was also closed for the season.

Very pleasant staff. Lots aren't SUPER close/tight. It's nice to have sewer hookup. The grounds are very nice (though we stayed in Nov past the peak of tree color etc). Wifi was good, we were able to stream shows etc. They have a dog area so dogs have a chance to be off leash. The laundry room is large--only problem was that some of the commercial washer/dryers were broken and only 1 dryer worked

This is a nice quiet campground with plenty to do.

We try to stay at this KOA every season and it is one of our favorites. My boys (9 and 12) enjoy the activities and our dog loved the dog park.

The sites are crammed together in a parking lot, so much that in order to get in and out of a spot other campers had to move cars to get in. The site was supposedly a pull thru but we certainly couldn’t do that without asking our neighbor to move. One of the worst KOAs I’ve been to.

Very tight roads. We pulled in around 7pm. And the campground was pretty full. I have an F250 crew cab short bed and a32 ft travel trailer. There was no way i was getting in to the assigned pull thru site. The registrations were able to relocate to another site adjacent to the parking lot. He was very friendly and helpful. Great pancake breakfast and typical KOA campers very friendly and helpful

We got in late and had our reservation waiting for us in the late arrival box. It was very easy to get to our site and set everything up. When we left it was a very easy and incredibly friendly process. Thank you KOA

One of the best KOAs we have stayed at, and we stay at a lot. Site spacing was a little better than most and the campground was very clean. We would definitely stay her again

the Campground was nice but the sites and the roads getting to your site is Very tight. We had a pull through but that was not possible with the trees and other campers already set up. However, we had great neighbors who moved their vehicles and we were able to back in but still very tight. we will be back, we spotted out some different sites for our next stay.

The new deluxe/ premium patio sites are a nice upgrade to the campground new favorite area of ours. Enjoyed the arts&crafts, bingo. Breakfast pancakes were so good for a great price! See you again in 2024!

Very much enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We did some late fall camping and it was nice not being completely surrounded

Overall it was OK. The site #168 is funnel shaped and narrow at the back near the hookups and a tree. So very little room on camp side neighbor whom unfortunately had a pop up with 5 children. So little to NO quiet evening or morning. Could have been worse I'm sure.

So close to the park and a. Ice campground. Even late fall there were things for the kids to do!

My favorite place to stay. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly

This was one of my first experiences with KOA and it's still one of my favorite campgrounds. Lots of lovely wooded spots and close to downtown Harpers Ferry and everything AT.

Toilets were a bit dirty and ran out of paper. Showers equally quite dirty.

Love Harpers Ferry! KOA staff are awesome! Thank you!

It’s always one of my favorite places to stay, but this time I was so-so. Staff friendly but facilities not up to standard.Rest rooms not cleaned, soap not filled toilet paper running out, showers in the lower area a mess. etc. Fire pit not cleaned leftover trash in them etc. I would still come back but as I love the area and think maybe this was a staffing issue.

We had a great time at the KOA! The kids loved riding their bikes around, playing at the playground and on the jumping pillow. The cabin was cozy and clean, we loved having our breakfast over the campfire. Beds were comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

The cabin was nice, except for a few maint, issues. We did notify a women about the issues on Tuesday, 11/7/2023 in the store and she notified maintenance but nothing was done while we were there. The most important issues were most of the screens were missing so we couldn't open the windows, the toilet ran every 5-10 minutes and the poop trash can in the dog park was overflowing.

We spent 3 nights in a camping lodge we have rented for years. Our stay was good. The kids had a marvelous time. The cabin could use a good cleaning.

Friendly Staff, Clean facilities, Thank you!
Nov 08, 2023
The sites were too close together - people joy riding in golf carts with music blasting - people at their sites with music blasting - it seemed campers were trying to out blast each other - kids riding e-bikes way too fast - dogs off leash - a quiet peaceful experience it was not -

Repeat visit, definitely will not be the last. Staff was great. Activities were fun. Relaxing as usual!

This campground is very nice. My one complaint is the layout of my site 157. It was spacious, but the septic drain was situated approximately halfway through the site. And more towards the front of the site. I was unable to position my rv in a way that made it practical to hook up the septic. It was positioned awkwardly for the site next to ours (luckily I was camping with the adjoining site)

Restrooms were NOT cleaned the entire length of our stay - Friday afternoon until Tuesday morning. Weekend camper trash overwhelmed the single dumpster. Sewer inlet at our site had to run uphill. Poor reception on cable. Management and staff more focused on pancakes and crafts than camper safety and cleanliness.

This KOA is ideally located very close to the Harpers Ferry National Historic Site. It has a ton of stuff to do like a game room, indoor basketball, pizza, and wine tasting. There is a large, very well-stocked camp store. We were there in early May, so the season was just getting started. The staff in the store were very helpful. But the maintenance staff, less so. I tow a travel trailer and waited about 10 minutes for an escort to my site before I worked it out myself. Also waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to fill my propane tanks. Still it is a great KOA, and I would stay again.

Our go to campground in Harpers Ferry when we decide to bring our travel trailer. Pancakes and breakfasts are great. Plenty of things to do for our kids. On site wines. Friendly and very helpful staff. Sites are clean. Most of the sites are decent, some are small depending on the size of your camper. Camp store is convenient and decently stocked. If they don't have it, Charles Town is right down the road and you can get it there at Walmart or several grocery stores/ pharmacies. Takes about 10-15 minutes to just walk to the Harpers Ferry visitor center/shuttles instead of driving.
