We stayed in a Deluxe cabin and it was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The entire campground is clean and everyone was friendly. We appreciated the BBQ that came with the cabin.

We stayed two nights in the deluxe lodge .we loved our visit . Very accommodating and friendly . Well kept campground. Management were extremely wonderful.

The best KOA site ever. Excellent location close to the gate of jasper. Most important,beautiful view. Well kept campground.

We stayed for two nights in the cabins.They were rustic but comfortable. We would stay there again. Night manager was very friendly and helpful

Campsites and amenities clean, well managed. Only complaint is the holding pond nearby that occasionally releases a sewage odor, depending on wind direction

The campground and its facilities were great! I do have an issue with the policy of the number of people camping vs. number of tents at a site. The area we camped in could easily support 6-8 bikepacking/backpacking tents.The reservation said the site could have up to 6 people.We only had five but we had 4 tents/2sites. 1 rooftop & 3 w/footprint equal to one family tent. Got charged for xtra tent.

very well kept and tidy campground ,friendly and helpful staff .i have stayed here several times when i an out here visiting and always look forward to staying here this time i rented a small cabin for my daughter and her teenage son , while we stayed in our trailer ,they both just loved the cabin . it has the biggest dog area i have seen ,

Friendly campsite - both campers and staff. Easy location for access to Jasper National Park. Clean wash blocks and well organised pitches.

We booked an RV site in May, and assigned a site, proven by charge. Your system lost that, and given an alternate. We were charged $5.00 for that. Unsatisfactory. The site (075) was near the sewage system, which stank horribly. That smell pervaded the entire campground with a south wind. Unsatisfactory! The cabin we booked for guests was very good. Campground cleanliness and amenities were good.

It was just ok. Haven't been at a KOA in years. Disappointed by the Very low water pressure. The ground was very uneven. The girls were pleasant.

Great location to some major amenities and tourist spots. Campground is ok, but needs a bit of TLC. Washrooms and showers were clean Sites are very close to each other. The electrical/cable/water/sewer connections to your neighbour's site is very very close to your only outdoor sitting area. Water pressure in the park is very low. Great views of the mountains from the park.
