Crazy high priced.... Not easy at all to get in and out of rv spots.... Have a 42ft and could not get in until the rv in the next spot over put their awning in.... Ok for small campers w/o slides

The site was very accommodating. The only issue that I had was with the laundry. There were only four washers with one of them being out of order. For a Holiday location I expected more. I ending up going in to town to the laundomat to get my laundry done.

The setting is beautiful, everything was clean and well laid out. The staff were very friendly, and welcoming and they offer an amazing breakfast!

Loved the call to check on us earlier/because we were late checkin.Stayed @ different KOA Deluxe Cabin previous night & this KOA left a little to be desired. It was cheaper than previous night-we were expecting the same high quality and this was just not as nice.Also, every window in cabin was unlocked when we arrived & one had broken/wouldn't lock. Cabin was not level/floor slanted.

Nice clean Park! Plenty of trees! Lots of things to do. A little difficult pull into the entrance from the south on Route 79!

We love the people running this place. Tessa was so helpful with everything. Cheryl and Russ at the breakfast patio were awesome! We will be back!

We absolutely loved the campground, the location, staff, and the area around it. We discovered that the campground is under new ownership and is working on several updates and improvements. That being said, we would like to see the showers being updated high on the list. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you to the friendly people who welcomed us, you all were wonderful.

Very friendly people working. Nice clean campground. Pool. Breakfast was good also. Very nice place to many National state parks and site seeing.

SO HAPPY. Very nice facility, well taken care of. Cleanest, nicest bathroom I've experienced in all the KOAs I've stayed at. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back. Bravo guys.

Way too much noise in this campground. People pulling in all hours of the night. We had a camper next to us at 1 am he used a drill for his back jacks and it was a 45 minute ordeal. When you travel all day and want some sleep this is not the place to go.

We would have preferred a site further away from the road. With the Sturgis event going on - it was very loud. Also on two separate days the bathroom was closed at 10:30, even though the sign says closed 11-1.

We were out of water for several hours in The middle of night until the late morning. The spots are too close together and just some sparse gravel and mud Host very nice

The woman at the front desk was very helpful. The campsite was clean and quiet. I would recommend staying there to anyone and probably will try to stay again in the future.

Unfriendly to EVs. We booked tent site + electricity for weekend. Arrived, pitched tent, & plugged in Tesla to trickle charge (10 Amps, like hair dryer). Soon, camp worker told us to unplug, saying too much for their system. When I explained KOA web site said 50 Max Amp, he insisted we unplug but offered no refund for upcharge to electricity. Just not right, so will avoid this place in future.

The campground is very well taken care of and the staff is friendly and very helpful !! The setting is beautiful ! The sites are nestled in the trees !!! It is also in a great location to so many great sights that I stayed an extra night !! I will definitely be back there !!

The location was perfect for our trip to the Black Hills area. Our site my not have been the worst site in the campground but it had to be close. Site 57 was level for our camper but that was about it. There was only one spot level enough to put the picnic table and it was a mud puddle. Thier fire wood was sold in plastic bags and it was to moist to burn until 2 days later.

The campgrounds was nice. We had site 15 and there was a steep drop off right outside of our door. It was hard for my golden retriever not to fall after stepping out of the door.

Clean, well maintained, nice staff. Great that they had someplace to recycle stuff! Breakfast option was nice. Check in was easy, switching from camping to a cabin was smooth. Some sort of social event (ice cream social, movie night, bingo, etc) would be fun addition.

All the hotels in the area were booked so we booked a camping cabin at Hot Springs SD/Black Hills KOA. We had a wonderful time. Todd and Vicky who checked us in were very personable, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful and we truly enjoyed our stay because of them. We enjoyed the fire pit and the breakfast was terrific. We would definitely stay here again!

No garbage pick up u have too walk 600 yards No help in finding your spot to set up. Icw cream is way over priced an other things when asked about block ice i was told none an hard to find every place in town had it the plave looks old an run down the fire pits are old tire rim woth no place too grill should i go on ?

We loved the mini golf, breakfast on-site, and the pool. We only had one night in Hot Springs, but it was nice to be out of town with all the construction. The cabin had a few giant spiders on the exterior, but the inside seemed spider free! Very friendly staff.

Staff was friendly. The park has pull-through spots with a nice distance between. Toilet and laundry areas were clean. Shower area is dirty & moldy. I reported dirty restroom, torn shower curtain, and dirty shower (the rubber mats inside and outside the shower stalls were full of dirt) and moldy. Only the shower curtain & some dirt was cleaned. Mold and mats not addressed in 6 days we were there.

Friendly staff, clean power, very unlevel site (52), very rutted roads from erosion, weak cell service because you are down in a hole, usual bad campground Wi-Fi, sites gravel but more dirt with drainage issues, big rig friendly but makes it harder to level because of sloping sites.

This is a very nice KOA, very clean, nice sites, excellent breakfast available, staff is always very knowledgeable, helpful and very nice, highly recommend this place, very good campground for overnight stay or for several days

Loved that the cabins were nestled in the trees. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, however we had a hard time checking in at 2pm because the office was closed until 4pm. Nice playground for kids. Clean bathrooms, but the air freshener was overpowering. Quiet, easy access to Hot Springs Town. Cabin was fine and had heat and AC.

Family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs and our stay was September 9, 2023 to October 8, 2023. All utilities were still on and working great. The site we stayed in was #18 which was a gravel pull through. The hosts and their family were very helpful, friendly and great! The laundry room was good but due to us being a large family we went into Hot Springs (short drive) and used the Hot Springs Laundromat, and it was great. Hot Springs has everything you need but a bit pricier due to the touristy nature. We used the dog park (which was great f/the dogs to run), mini-golf and playground. Pool was closed to being off-season. You can purchase firewood at the front office, and they will deliver to site and also cleaned out all pits early in the morning (had never seen that before). We will definitely stay here again should we be traveling through.

Stayed here in September 2023. The cabin was clean, and the breakfast served was very good. Staff were friendly. It was nice having breakfast at the campground as options nearby are limited.
