I have three complaints one I was told my tent would be on grass it was in dirt I stayed four nights two nights or bad one night a generator ran all night second night a crying kid all night

The cabin (K00) is in need of repair. The step in front is broken and the bed has a 1 foot gap in the middle of the platform. The bathrooms also seemed to be rundown. For the prices charged the facilities should be on better shape. That being said, the staff couldn’t have been mor helpful and accommodating. They made the stay a real pleasure.

We have used this campground twice and recommend it if you need a base for checking out Yellowstone . Great staff , clean laundry room. Not sure about bathrooms or shower houses, as I didn’t use those.

The road going in is nothing but potholes. It is several miles long. Absolutely ridiculous for KOA allow this entrance to a park. Have you done an evaluation of this park. Exterior lighting near restrooms was dismal. Uneven walking area in dark. I suggest you evaluate this property. They said it was an old park recently purchased. Thank you for making it safer for us handicapped.

Very friendly stuff, but only two unisex restrooms for all tenters. One restroom needs updates (the broken shower cabin was fixed with duct tape). The gun range nearby is not the best thing for the quiet place.

Same day reservation last minute and they got me a spot. Was very quite and peaceful. Would stay here again if I needed to.

Sites are a bit tight but doable. Beautiful park saw several deer in the park, the river is right there. Only talked to one young lady cleaning cabins she was very nice. We stayed in a 41ft 5th wheel

We had our first KOA stay here. We brought a drift boat and it was perfect for us. Now we have stayed at several cabins. They work out well for our trips.

So nice to be in a quiet place away from traffic noise. Very peaceful place to stay and very helpful staff. Easy access to Yellowstone national park. We did get wifi but no internet access and the county road should be maintained better.

Nice view, road coming in is pretty rough. Very clean. Keith was a HUGE help explain many things to do in the area. Very level and great patio with a nice table and chairs. It was a good point to stay to visit Yellowstone. We loved everything about our stay except the road. Laundry was clean as was the bathrooms. WI-FI worked great since T-Mobile had no signal for us. Great stay.

Rates have substantially increased and the grounds have not!! Very little grass. Poor closed for cleaning on Labor Day, really? Service is very poor. Staff were unfriendly, rude, cantankerous, inpatient, and lazy. Road completely blocked off. Will never be staying st this KOA again as was much better, when family owned vs the now corporate owned. Our yearly tradition of Labor Day at KOA is done.

This is one of our favorite, regular KOA destinations. Instead of camping in our travel trailer, we rented a deluxe cabin with our daughter and her husband. The accommodations were great, although a little “undercover” cleaning was definitely needed. Also, needs to be more shelving near the beds and there was a serious lack of electrical outlets for charging phones & one-cup coffee makers, etc

We have been coming to this KOA for years and after this trip we will NOT be returning. The staff were rude and absolutely terrible! They have loud vehicles that they patrol" you with all day staring at u. They were incredibly confrontational and unkind. We understand KOA rules well and didn't do anything to justify this. Do NOT stay here. Bathrooms were moldy and all the water smelled like sewer

I have been visiting the Paradise Valley KOA on Labor Day weekend since 1999. For decades we have LOVED this KOA. I am thoroughly disappointed in the new reservation system - a lot of our family members were not able to reserve their space/cabin as they have done for many years. The staff was terribly abrasive. The grounds looked worse than ever, staff kept closing roads for no reason.

I have a continuous Labor Day history with Paradise V KOA dating back to the late sixties. Never in over 40 years have I been so disappointed with the stay. I understand there was a corporate takeover last fall, and I can only think that that is the cause. 25% pricing increase, unfriendly and downright rude attendants, asking us to move cars like we were criminals, no watering, stinky bathrooms.

dirty, weeds everywhere, mold in all the bathrooms, worst of all was the employees!!!!! super rude!!! changing rules constantly. yelling at campers for no reason. Employees constantly racing around in golf carts and john deer gators annoying everyone. stayed there since 1985 and will for sure never go back. switching to corporate ruined this camp ground. employee was sexually harassing women.

We were treated rudely and staff was very “ short with us”. They were harassing our young kids for “riding their bikes to fast”, all awhile zooming around way to fast in there golf carts thru the camp ground. We had a group of people around a campfire talking with quiet music in the back ground and was told there was a complaint about us being noisy. First off, it was our group around

We had a hut. - The mattresses were very comfortable - an unexpected surprise. One night there was rain and I was awakened by some drops hitting my face. All-in-all we enjoyed it.

Good indoor pool. Close to Yellowstone Road into campground was washboards on the way in but seem to have been graded when we left Neat outdoor exercise machines.

While we never made it to this campground the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Allison was so kind in helping me last minute cancel due to Montana weather not allowing us to reach the campground. I was about in tears from the horrible 60 mph winds we had to drive in, and she was so kind about everything. If I ever get the balls to come back out this way (bad bad weather experience for May) I would definitely make it a point to stay here.

This is a beautiful place to park your RV and explore the area. Jordan, Allison, Eric and all the staff are so helpful and friendly!! We were here for a week and everything was seamless and easy with the campground. We were here in October and weathered a freak snowstorm (like a foot of snow!) and they helped us however they could. We would definitely stay here again if/when we head back out this way.

We loved this spot. It was 51 miles from the N. Entrance but everyone else was closed for the winter. The time we spent and the hosts were great. We will stay again when the opportunity arises. Thank you Allison & Jordan for making us comfortable while we were there.
