Parking is not level. I had to jack up the front 18”. I know this is camping, but toilets and showers are old compared to other KOA’s.

The grounds were well maintained, bathrooms and showers were cleaned daily, all the staff and owners were very kind and respectful. They were accommodating to our needs coming in and we were able to stay and enjoy our time. Thank you so much and would love to come back and visit with grandkids. The playground area and pool is will draw the families in. The Pavilion has ample space for groups.

Outstanding service and an unbeatable location! The staff completely saved the day by letting us have a late checkout when we needed an emergency fifth-wheel repair. On top of that, they connected us with Brad from RVRX, who came out on a Sunday and had us road-ready the same day. This has been one of the best travel experiences we've had. Five stars all the way!

Great location, 20 min. By interstate or 35 taking BACK rd. to Chattanooga. So much to do there! Clean campgrounds, GOOD grassy dog lot and area's to take your dog's. The $25 site lock fee is way to MUCH! $10 is what EVERYONE else charges, if they charge at all!

Always a great stay at the Crossville I-40 KOA. Very nice RV Park with exceptional folk. Not too far off I-40…easy ingress/egress. Good store with great ice creams. Just understand if you are in the lower section you will need to level east/west for sure.

There are lots of family fun activities on Saturday. Rockets, pond golf, gem mining, etc. fun trip with friends and kids! Quiet at night time very peaceful, a little hilly in the tent area but still able to find a good spot for tent! The workers are very nice and overall a 5 star stay!

Beautiful resort! Cabin was spacious, had a huge deck and a separate fire pit and seating area. Spotlessly clean and fully stocked with all the towels and linens we needed. Quiet and peaceful- will definitely stay again!!! We love all the KOA resorts!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their cheerful attitudes were appreciated! The campground was very clean, well maintained, and peaceful. Great food in the Bistro and fairly priced. The grandkids loved the pool and playground. We look forward to returning!

Campground was very nice! The only complaint I have is that the camper above us would have a fire in the fire pit and the smoke would fill our camper but that's not anyone's fault just hard to get the smoke out so we could sleep comfortable. But everything was great - great campgound and people!

It’s a pretty campground but for over $91 it’s not a good buy. Our site was slopping and we had to use four blocks to get level. The employees were very nice and helpful when we checked in. Koa has made site fees so high we will look elsewhere before we ever stay at a koa again!!! Almost $100 a night is just too much money!

We loved our stay here! The campground itself was amazing. Some of the sites were close together, but everything was clean and always well kept. The pool area was one of the best at a campground we have had. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and we couldn’t keep them away. There are so many activities to do that you would never have to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful campground! The staff was so polite and very helpful every time we called and when we got there. Pool and lazy river was very nice, our grandkids loved it. Simon was so good and fun as the activity director. We didn’t once use our camper shower because your bathroom and showers were so clean, amazing, and our sites were right next to them. Thank you for an awesome stay! Will be back!

I stayed four months and was on one of the best seasonal sites in my opinion. Everyone was fantastic. Deanna was the best host I’ve ever seen. Very helpful and courteous. Mike and Danny were some of the best camp workers keeping everything neat and clean. And I don’t want to leave out Alyssa. She was also fantastic. Highly recommend the beautiful and well shaded Sweetwater KOA.

This was by far the worst stay. We have been camping at the Sweetwater KOA for three years, and they have always did something for the kids every Saturday, but now they only do something on said days like Memorial Day. The staff was not friendly, and the stay was not memorable.. Need to get it together ASAP, we only camp during the summer, and Sweetwater KOA was our favorite but not now!

Friendly and helpful staff. I'm glad they put FHU at several sites, but those sites were not graded properly and there is no smooth place to set up chairs, etc. under the canopy of the trailer. Other than that, and they need WI FI boosters so the sites further from the office get WI FI, we enjoy camping there. This was not our first time and won't be our last.

I was disappointed to learn after I checked in that select sites had sewage connections. I wasn't given that option when I made my reservation. In addition, the grass needed cutting at our campsite. The staff was friendly.

Nice staff/fun activities- karaoke and line dancing at the porch, but the website and my reservation email stated there was a concierge sewer service. When we tried to setup a time for them to come to our site, we were told that they only let month long stays use it. Our site didn’t have sewer hookups, and with our large family, I never would have booked the site for us. This needs to be update

Its new, but our site was muddy. They were putting in new grass so hay put down for seed. We had a 3 year old with us so some warning of what we were coming to on the site would've been nice. They had a snow cone party by the pool that was supposed to be from 2-4, we took our child at 3 and the table was already being put away. It was disappointing for her and not what we expect from a koa.

Loved this campground. It was our second time to stay at this campground and it by far the nicest one that we’ve ever visited. The grounds were well kept and the restrooms and showers were very clean and easy to access. Townsend is a very nice area to stay as it’s not as busy as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and close to Cades Cove. We will definitely visit there again

We loved our stay. The sites have beautiful plants separating them for nice privacy. We had a nice picnic table and fire ring and could see the Little River from our camp site. The pool and bathhouse were clean. There were activities each evening which were nice for families. The playground looked really nice. Friendly staff. Great location near GSMNP. Townsend is a great peaceful location to stay
