Less than a stellar booking experience. I reached out multiple time and multiple ways to ensure we were by our other party. When we checked in they had no record of the communication. I had responses from emails from the Moab email as proof, but they couldn't do anything about it. If you're traveling with another party - don't plan on being close to them at all.

Stay was nice. The campground is very well cared for and the staff is friendly. Only issue I had is with outside laundry, but that is just personal preference. It would have been nice to have a laundry room with maybe a folding station. Outside of that everything else was great.

One of my most FAVORITE KOA’s! The views all around the park are absolutely stunning. I would love to spend several weeks there in the spring or fall. Delightful staff! Frank was very helpful. Thanks to all who make this park amazing and yes, swam in the pool!

Nice park but had issue with hot water for showers and iun bathroom. Let the front desk know and they said new hot water heaters were on order. Pool and hot tub were great !

Beautiful area and nice campground. Cabin was comfortable and clean - nice sunrise and sunsets. Great & friendly staff. Always great to be back at Moab KOA.

There wasn’t any hot water in the middle shower. However the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Overall, it's a great place to stop. A minor complaint is-our firepit wasn't cleaned. The spigot was leaking. We mentioned it to a staff member, but since there's only one shut off for the whole campground, they are leaving it for now. The staff in the office were nice.

Shelley was an absolute legend, and was super informative about giving us info when we were checking in. The grounds and view from pretty much everywhere in the park were spectacular, a d we opted to spring for one of the deluxe cabins. It was fantastic, w/a bathroom and shower, a full kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space. Definitely want to make a trip back out, and will be staying there again!

Koa was very clean, the staff was helpful and very friendly. The koa store had all the things I might have needed and then some. The RV sites level and easy to plug through. The only issue I had was the exit sign seemed a little hard to follow out. It had me driving through RV rows when I didn't need to. Once I figured it out it was ok but for 2 days I had a hard time .

This was one of the nicest KOA’s we have ever stayed at. Staff was friendly and the grounds are clean. Views were spectacular and the sites have tons of room. We ended up getting a deal so we took one of the pet pens sites and it was worth it. Huge pool, private showers and toilets, trails and a great little store. I wish our entire stay in Moab had been at this KOA it was like being at a resort

My reservation was made several weeks in advance. I called and wanted to leave a day early and also check-in a day earlier but was told that I could not change the departure date because I did not give enough advance notice. I thought it was 48 hour cancel notice but was told it was 6-day notice. I was not able to find that cancellation policy. I was not cancelling just wanting to shift my stay.

Mostly good except the bathrooms had a sign that said cleaned "periodically" which was not enough because they smell and are not clean. The men driving around in the golf carts weren't the friendliest. I suggested that a couple warming fires be put out because it was extremely windy, and he said he could not do anything about it; he wasn't even willing to speak to them.

The biggest reason I chose this KOA was for the hot tub. We came in for a 3 day mtn bike race and knew our legs would need it. We made our reservation just a week before. Nobody mentioned on checkin that the hot tub wasn’t working so this was disappointing. The restrooms were nice, clean, and appreciably warm. Our location # 9 wasn’t great as we were right by the entrance.

This was by far the best camp ground I have ever stayed at. The restrooms and showers are clean and in good condition. The staff were all very kind and respectful.

Very unhappy with reservations this time, when I made the reservation, I requested our tailer site and my son's cabin close together and we could not have been further apart. When we complained they put a bit closer but it still meant my 4 year old grandson was running back and forth between sites with cars driving around which what I wanted to avoid.

While most of the staff was super friendly, one in particular was obnoxious. When I asked for his name the other staff members would not give it to me. We won’t be back.

Stayed in one of the cabins for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. People at front desk were just lovely to deal with. Gave us wonderful recommendations. Will be back next year!! Thak You for a wonderful time. KOA's never disappoint!!!

Our camp site was very nice, had a tree for shade and was clean. The POOL was awesome! My girls even liked the playground. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here in the future!

It was the first time we did a cabin and it was super fun. It was nice to have a small heater to right the cold. Would definitely do that again.

cabin was clean and ready for use! check in was easy and quick. Restrooms were keep well. My son really enjoyed the outdoor pool on-site.

Campground is super accommodating. Something for everyone great location to use as a base area to hit the many hiking trails.

The campground is conveniently located and has nice views all around. We loved our campsite. It was spacious with shade, concrete, table, chairs, and bench swing. The pool is really pretty with gorgeous views, but too deep for our 7 and 9 year olds to touch.

Located just outside of town, this campground offers a great blend of convenience and tranquility. The pool is phenomenal, providing a refreshing escape after a day of exploring. We found the laundry facilities and bathrooms to be clean. There is a large assortment of cabins available, as well as a wide selection of RV and tent spots. Whether you're looking for premium spots or tent areas with shade, there's something for everyone. There was a decent walking area for dogs and the playground was a hit with the kids. There is also a nice seating at each cabin provided a nice spot to relax in the evenings. My suggestions for areas that could use some improvement. The area by the bocce ball court and fountain used to be a lovely relaxation spot, but it's not currently maintained and looks quite unappealing. Additionally, the RV grounds could benefit from better weed control to enhance the overall appearance. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we look forward to returning in the future!
