The campsites did not have much shelter from the wind. The road was dusty. The individual shower rooms were nice but needed a mat or something outside of the shower to prevent the floors from being wet and dirty. We weren't told on arrival that we could use the pool at the other KOA, and didn't find out until our 3rd day.

Excellent location. Beautiful little stream that runs through property with 2 ponds you can fish in and nice nature trails around the property. The sites in the back really feel like you are camping in the woods, especially the tent sites directly on the stream. Excellent staff was very helpful and accommodating when we had a minor family emergency as well. We definitely will be back!

We had the worst spot in the park 39A. Could not eat outside people drove by over the speed limit and kicked dust on our table

Very nice property with cool rushing stream running through and two cool lakes you can fish in or walk around. There are also lots of hiking trails you can access right from camp. They have a pizzeria too that makes very good wings and pretty good pizza, overall a really great location and staff.

What an awesome RV Park! Awesome location, great hiking from the park, super friendly and accommodating staff. Sites were well laid out, easy to get into/out. Loved the views from within the park and easy drives to Yellowstone and local attractions.

The staff is incredible. Would give a 10/10 for that, however pretty pricey. Realize we were there during a very busy time, but it’s kind of frustrating to get a 25% discount offer to stay longer when we did not get a discount for staying two weeks. Dog park is too small. They have the room for a much larger one. I understand that may be in the works. Keep your great people!

Liked the RV sites. The problem is your bathrooms and showers need to be cleaned more often. We stayed at your RV park for 4 days and never were the bathrooms or showers clean always dirty.

All staff members were friendly and helpful. One employee saw me heading to the trash and stopped to take it for me. Restrooms and laundry facilities were clean and tidy. Thank you KOA !

The resort was scenic, clean, designed well, and friendly staff. Great views and about 15 minutes away from the west entrance to Yellowstone. Cell reception for AT&T was good but the resort WiFi was poor. If the WiFi was good I would have given it a 5 star rating. Despite that, I would stay here again no doubt.

The park looks nothing like any of the pictures in any of the advertisement very dusty, gravel road can’t even get a pizza or any food after 6 o’clock and most of the time they were out of it the staff was extremely friendly and courteous and professional. There is no fishing even though they claim there is dog crap everywhere by the lake so much that you can I’ll almost not step on it

The bathroom and shower area looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. I went in after they were supposedly clean and they were filthy. It looked like some of the areas under the open sinks in shower room were growing mold. There were dirt mounds on the floor even after it was just cleaned and they had been there for a while. I do not recommend this campground.

Location is pretty good for Yellowstone. Sites were ok at best. First site assigned was shared electric and water, and the fire pit was basically under a giant evergreen tree. Reassigned site was better. Bath houses were extremely dirty, even late in the day once there was time to clean them.

Yes, it gets busy but it’s Yellowstone! Everyone from the staff to the guests were super nice. The showers were good with lots of hot water and pressure. The pizza is insane! Will definately be back!

Overall great place. Beautiful views, quiet, pizza restaurant on site is fun and good location outside Yellowstone. My only wish is to make the dog area bigger. There was plenty of space and so many dogs for such a small fenced in area.

paid for a 20 amp site the camp site next to us used the same power ,this lowered our Amp available, my husband an electrician. The neighboring site had so much plugged it it kept tripping the breaker and we woke several times freezing because our electric blanket and small electric heater shut off .I paid for a 20 Amp & think I should be refunded part of my money.Lots of noise after 10 pm

Nice park with good amenities and location. A little pricey but I guess its because of the location next to Yellowstone. My sight was a pull thru, but was unlevel near the front. Had to park near the rear of the site to level my motorhome. Because of this, I was not able to connect my tow vehicle up until we left.

Nice campground with plenty of room for big trailers/TVs. The other KOA closer to Yellowstone is not. Friendly staff here and were very accommodating putting our two reservations together. We didn't use the bathrooms so no opinion there. The pizza restaurant was convenient. Nice playground but small K9 lot. Close to park entrance and other activities in the area. Would stay here again for sure.

Everyone was so nice here. Limited kids, on a creek. I stayed at both Mountain Side and West. I recommend Mtn Side over West if not traveling with kids.

We stayed there for 6 nights and the bathrooms look like they were only cleaned once. No local beer or wine in store which was listed on website, pizza place was only open 3 nights. The mining wheel wasn’t running, and the WiFi and cable that you pay extra for never worked. The trails basically only existed if you had an ATV. Only positive is close to Yellowstone West entrance.

People are friendly prices are outrageous 170usd for a spot. They would not work with groups to put us together. I would recommend staying at Grant Village campground

Thanks for helping us out with getting a last minutes site for one day and for allowing us to keep the camper on site I til we returned from Yellowstone and went to your sister KOA. Nice store, friendly staff and clean bathrooms as I would expect. Great visit.

Wonderful campground, wonderful hosts. Nice views. Enforce that yappy dogs rule though. Owners left 3 dogs in camper next to us every day when they went out for the day. All they did was bark at everything that moved.

Very over priced for this park. Not a $160 night stay. I know this is Yellowstone and demand is high but it does not justify this high of a price. I have stayed at nicer parks for much less and with more amenities. My site was not level. Jacks sank into the ground making it impossible to level.

Not a great experience for us. Site was broken pavement and gravel so it was difficult to get level. Unless you have full hookups there is no where to dump. Friendly staff but they would drive their carts so fast it became a dust bowl. We left a day early.

This park is a 4. I rated it a 5 because Anthony went above an beyond. We are in a cab over camper with very small holding tanks. When we made our reservations we told there were no full hookups, only power and water. We specifically asked if they had a dump station and told yes. When we arrived, we were told it was out of order. I asked for my money back and was told no, not without a bunch of deductions. Anthony stepped in and made arrangements for us to dump. He helped on our departure with the same situation and made sure we had everything we needed. Really hope they get the dump station fixed soon. Why a 4 and not a 5. The dog area is small. Too small. No water for dogs. The bathrooms on arrival were not clean, not bad, not great. We waited for the morning to take showers in hopes they would be clean. They were still dirty from the night before. We typically take shower in our camper when staying with full hookups but... (see above). We stayed 3 nights. Day two was better, still not great. The signs says bathrooms cleaned "as needed". I would say, more is needed. Would I stay here again? Yes! I would give them another try. The people are nice, they genuinely want to help and make sure the stay is good. The dump station being down may be beyond their control. Hopefully its fixed soon. Add a bucket for water in the dog area and clean the bathrooms more often. Simple suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful. We took nice walks and little hikes in the forest that was across a little bridge from where our cabin was. The kids enjoyed fishing in the stream, riding the 4 wheeled bikes and playing on the playground. The staff was very nice and helpful too! We will be staying here again, soon I hope!!

Nice koa close to entrance of Yellowstone park. Staff helpful and friendly. Shower and laundry facilities on site. Campsite was clean. Only drawback would be that it's a bit pricey.
