Very clean! The campsites are monitored by staff continually throughout the dad. Everyone at the general store were very helpful.

We had a great time staying in a deluxe cabin. We had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway! The kids enjoyed meeting friends and the playground & jump pad, and we enjoyed relaxing around our fire pit.

Grounds were neat and well kept, staff was friendly and very helpful. I was only there during the night but enjoyed my stay.

The check in process was very nice. Annette was very friendly and provided world class customer service. I found my cabin to be very cozy and clean and stocked with the essentials. Thank you KOA for always providing a superior camping experience.

Fantastic! Management improvement! Very friendly & grounds maintenance was amazing & constant! Couple suggestions: 1.Remove large toilet paper holder partially blocking shower entrance & place tp below sink. 2. Bunk ladder should be moved to right side making it easier for bottom bunk entrance & away from wall heater. We'll be back! Thank you! Ps loved the valentines surprise! Nice touch!

The campground was very clean and the stay was extremely nice and accommodating. We stayed by the playground with our two young granddaughters. They love playing in the bounce house and riding their bikes while we stay here. We willl definitely return for another stay.

Folks were friendly. Got a,refund when I had to leave early. Great location on the water. Left my my water jug and the guy came and found me with it up by checkout. Cmon, rock stars!!

We only stayed for one night, but the campground was incredibly nice. Very clean, and the sites were level, which is always a bonus!

We have been staying here for years! Our family has grown over the years and it has been a tradition for us to stay during the summer and Halloween weeknd! We love it! Our Valentine trip was very nice! They even left rose petals and candles on the bed for me and my husband! PERFECT!

This was our first time at the New Bern KOA. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises. Such a nice, well kept, clean campground. A very pretty location and just a pleasant experience all around.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean restrooms and showers. The staff worked hard to keep the sites and grounds clean. We loved the waterfront location and proximity to New Bern and the coastal towns. We spent more for a patio site, but thoroughly enjoyed it, from the furniture to the fire pit and grill. We didn’t need to unload our patio furniture or grill which we really enjoyed.

We have stayed 3 or 4 times and it is a nice place. I was very disappointed that there would be a $25 charge for us to be able to have lunch with friends and say goodbye then leave after the 11:00 set departure. I of course understand if you are busy but it wasn’t half full, winter and middle of the week. Really disappointed

Campground is extremely clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms are very clean and they have heat and A/C (very comfortable temperatures). Working on new pool for summer. Great park and bouncy house. Will go again.

A stop for a couple days on the way to Florida. People were nice check in was quick. Close by car to historic New Bern. Very clean and staff is very accommodating. A beautiful park, couldn't ask for any more

We camped in our RV, so I can't speak to the cabins, but the public facilities were immaculate. Lots to do for campers if all ages and very close to many local attractions. The camp store had all the items you would expect to find, including fishing bait. The staff was very friendly.

Just wrapping up a three day stay at this KOA. We were needing a spot that was level and convenient to our destination but this place is so much more! The basics: spots are level, clean and easy to navigate. Full hookups and picnic table at every spot. Price is very reasonable and many options to upgrade your stay with patios/grills/cabins. The extras: By far the best wifi we have encountered at any rv park. Full access throughout the camp and we had no issues working from our laptops. The bathhouse and laundry facilities are super clean and easy to find. The smaller cute bathhouses that were just added are super convenient! The camp store is amazing, such a great selection of needed items, loved the selection of local jams, jellies, seasonings and snacks. The pool is in a perfect location and really gives you that resort style vibe. The superstars: The staff and fishing dock. You can tell the staff take great care of this property, constantly attending to the park upkeep and making sure everything is running smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dock! So peaceful and such a great amenity. We loved walking there daily and taking it all in. Loved having water views and swinging benches to watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very very clean grounds. Dogs must be on leash except at the dog park. Bathrooms are super clean but shower stalls are super small. I'm only 5'8" and weigh 140 and had a hard time fitting in the shower. Water access is nice with pretty areas to kayak in. 4 washers and dryers available
