The check in process was very nice. Annette was very friendly and provided world class customer service. I found my cabin to be very cozy and clean and stocked with the essentials. Thank you KOA for always providing a superior camping experience.

Fantastic! Management improvement! Very friendly & grounds maintenance was amazing & constant! Couple suggestions: 1.Remove large toilet paper holder partially blocking shower entrance & place tp below sink. 2. Bunk ladder should be moved to right side making it easier for bottom bunk entrance & away from wall heater. We'll be back! Thank you! Ps loved the valentines surprise! Nice touch!

We have been staying here for years! Our family has grown over the years and it has been a tradition for us to stay during the summer and Halloween weeknd! We love it! Our Valentine trip was very nice! They even left rose petals and candles on the bed for me and my husband! PERFECT!

The best KOA we have stayed in. Excellent digital check-in,fabulous clean cabin with every amenity imaginable, coffee maker, kuerig, comfy bedding, and so, so clean. Firewood delivered immediately upon arrival. Staff efficient and very friendly

Don't understand the additional charge on our other bank account for $36 on 1/16/24. If it is the charge for KOA membership, that $36 charge was already included on our original final bill of $345.79 on our credit card. We also had made a $75 deposit on 11/29/23 which did show up on our final billing. Thank you. We hope this additional $36 charge is just an oversight. Please let us know.

We were bird hunting in the Croatan and the campground was in the perfect the location to both downtown New Bern and the Croatan National Forest. Cabin was clean and had lots of amenities! Enjoyed staying here and look forward to next year!

Everything was fine, until I walked into the corner of the roof of my cabin which left me with blood pouring out of a head wound. There was no warning of this hazard, and poor lighting and torrential rain didn't help. I left before 9AM the next morning, so I was unable to report the accident, but I did send a text message along with a photo. I thought I would get an acknowledgement, but nothing.

Our cabin was clean and comfortable. I didn't like the bed pushed up against the wall, but will book a different kind of cabin in the future. Our specific cabin (L6) had a loud mini-split heat pump mounted on the outside back wall. As it 'kicked into gear' during the cold night, it sounded like a large truck accelerating on a highway... but it kept us toasty warm. Camper or cabin, KOA is great!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was wonderful! Beautiful set up, with dishes, pots, microwave, fridge, 2 burner induction top. Super clean and cute. Loved the outdoor patio space with table and Adirondack chairs as well as the fire pit. We also appreciated the informational text messages. Staff very friendly and helpful!

The facility was great. Clean, comfortable. There was an issue with the TV service, Could not get any local stations to watch the news. It also kept freezing up. Other than that it was great.

We camped in our RV, so I can't speak to the cabins, but the public facilities were immaculate. Lots to do for campers if all ages and very close to many local attractions. The camp store had all the items you would expect to find, including fishing bait. The staff was very friendly.

Just wrapping up a three day stay at this KOA. We were needing a spot that was level and convenient to our destination but this place is so much more! The basics: spots are level, clean and easy to navigate. Full hookups and picnic table at every spot. Price is very reasonable and many options to upgrade your stay with patios/grills/cabins. The extras: By far the best wifi we have encountered at any rv park. Full access throughout the camp and we had no issues working from our laptops. The bathhouse and laundry facilities are super clean and easy to find. The smaller cute bathhouses that were just added are super convenient! The camp store is amazing, such a great selection of needed items, loved the selection of local jams, jellies, seasonings and snacks. The pool is in a perfect location and really gives you that resort style vibe. The superstars: The staff and fishing dock. You can tell the staff take great care of this property, constantly attending to the park upkeep and making sure everything is running smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dock! So peaceful and such a great amenity. We loved walking there daily and taking it all in. Loved having water views and swinging benches to watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very very clean grounds. Dogs must be on leash except at the dog park. Bathrooms are super clean but shower stalls are super small. I'm only 5'8" and weigh 140 and had a hard time fitting in the shower. Water access is nice with pretty areas to kayak in. 4 washers and dryers available
