Very clean, very quiet, beautiful setting along the water. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The staff is also very friendly, and it's a great jumping off location to Oriental, Atlantic Beach and the Outer Banks!

A very pleasant stay. Friendly, attentive staff. Very nice location and access to Neuse River and just around the corner from downtown New Bern. Just outside the KOA is Bridgeton, a small, old town that is nice to bike ride thru.

Fantastic location right on the Neuse River. Loved the dock area. Small, personal bathhouses were very clean and efficient. Our campsite was gravel, back-in and very level. We will be back!

Very nice campground! We like how close you are to New Bern. we will be bringing our grandson next time..... he will love the trains!

The site was level and we did not have to do any leveling. We had a patio site which had a tree next to the patio at one point and the patio was half moon shaped to accommodate. The tree was not there now but the half moon made the patio hard to work with. Suggest that the KOA pave in the half moon giving campers a usable space and would work better with all that new furniture. Sewer cap too high.

The service was exceptional. Express check in was amazing never even had to get out of the coach. The valets were very friendly and accommodating. Always present if there were any issues or questions. They work extremely hard cleaning the sites and grills off after use. Ready for next renter. Great customer service.. keep up the great work.

Clean park with nice bathrooms/showers. On the river, so nice views and a large dock to look out from or fish. There were paddle boats and kayaks to rent which was nice, though we didn't have time to use them.

We’re very much enjoyed our stay! Bath houses very clean! Loved the pool it was great for small children to adults ! Activities were so much fun! They took the time to move us to a larger spot when they saw the one we had booked was going to be very small for us! Everyone was very kind and helpful!

The facilites are clean and the staff was super friendly. If you boat/kayak there is access to the river. However, we had a tiny site where are sewer hose was right next to to neighbors picnic table. It is just WAY too expensive.

This was a beautiful campground. Every person working there was very kind and helpful. We are new to camping and their help getting us settled into our spot was wonderful. On top of all that - every bathroom (and there are many!) was spotless every time we went in it. I will judge all campground bathrooms in the future against the standard KOA New Bern set! Thank you very much and we will be back!

This is by far the best KOA I have ever stayed in. The staff is phenomenal every single one of them. The camp grounds and views of surrounding areas is outstanding. Everything is kept pristine. Great brand new pool. Very clean bath houses. I highly recommend.

The New Bern KOA exceeded our expectations. The sites are well cared for, staff extremely helpful and kind, and the bathrooms get an A+++. Traveling in a Class B Campervan, Bathrooms are important. When leaving for the day in the van, the staff assured us we did not need to put out our usual "This site is occupied - be right back" sign. We had 3 great days here. Highly recommend this campground!

Our stay at the New Bern KOA was perfect. The reception process was easy and the staff very friendly. We were escorted to our site which is always very helpful. The grounds are very nice and a great view from the pier. Would definitely stay again.

We are local to this KOA and love a great staycation. Last week, we discovered a leak in our home that resulted in a temporary displacement. The New Bern KOA was more than accommodating and we were able to extend beyond our original planned stay as our home required extra drying time! This will ALWAYS be one of our favorite, family-friendly places to stay and we recommend it to EVERYONE!

It was amazing. The location was far enough away to limit distractions but close enough to things that I could drive if I wanted. Nice camp ground and friendly staff.

we reserved a pull through a month prior and were given a back in spot next to the play ground . this was not a good place for senior citizens. you need to lubricate those swings the noise was not very calming.

We camped in our RV, so I can't speak to the cabins, but the public facilities were immaculate. Lots to do for campers if all ages and very close to many local attractions. The camp store had all the items you would expect to find, including fishing bait. The staff was very friendly.

Just wrapping up a three day stay at this KOA. We were needing a spot that was level and convenient to our destination but this place is so much more! The basics: spots are level, clean and easy to navigate. Full hookups and picnic table at every spot. Price is very reasonable and many options to upgrade your stay with patios/grills/cabins. The extras: By far the best wifi we have encountered at any rv park. Full access throughout the camp and we had no issues working from our laptops. The bathhouse and laundry facilities are super clean and easy to find. The smaller cute bathhouses that were just added are super convenient! The camp store is amazing, such a great selection of needed items, loved the selection of local jams, jellies, seasonings and snacks. The pool is in a perfect location and really gives you that resort style vibe. The superstars: The staff and fishing dock. You can tell the staff take great care of this property, constantly attending to the park upkeep and making sure everything is running smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dock! So peaceful and such a great amenity. We loved walking there daily and taking it all in. Loved having water views and swinging benches to watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very very clean grounds. Dogs must be on leash except at the dog park. Bathrooms are super clean but shower stalls are super small. I'm only 5'8" and weigh 140 and had a hard time fitting in the shower. Water access is nice with pretty areas to kayak in. 4 washers and dryers available
