Amazing sale in the campground store and WOW… campers in this part of the country really get into Halloween! It was so much fun to see the decorations and the trick or treaters in costume!

We stayed in a cabin to join a relative who has a camping vehicle, and even though it rained our whole weekend we were still able to enjoy our visit. We still had a chance to walk the camp roads in the woods when the rain let up, and we appreciated that there was a covered pavillion where activities could still take place. I like visiting family where the young folks have activities.

Everything was great except for Saturday nite which we were warned of at sign in, but noise went beyond 10 pm. Had to call security at 12:50AM to quiet down campers talking loud and playing music loud. Otherwise very friendly staff and loved our campsite location. Great location for restaurants and Poughkeepsie/rhinebeck activities.

Very woodsy, lots of amenities, fairly private, although some spaces are close to nearby houses and other sites. The bathrooms need a renovation. They are 30 years out of date, with worn, broken and dirty fixtures, only 1 working toilet in mens room.

Very quiet and peacefull campground. Staff was very helpful in assigning another site because someone was in the assigned site by mistake.

You need to reinforce the quiet hours, our neighbors were VERY NOISY UNTIL AFTER 1 am which greatly disturbed our sleep! We have been coming to this park for 28 years and it has gone steadily downhill.

Lost power at site the last night of stay destroyed two power cords from the faulty electric and a popcorn maker The breakers in the camper where all on as well as the panel supplied by the campground Turn all breakers on and off without any incident but still no power Notified campground to let them know about dangerous situation but they blamed us no breakers popped so it’s there equipment

We enjoyed our stay. The folks in the office were more than helpful. As we stayed off season, I can't comment on the many recreational activities available. My main issue is low water pressure at our full hookup site. We experienced this issue on a previous stay. Also, the whole area could use some spiffing up.

Friendly and helpful staff. The park seemed clean and well maintained from what we saw - we were only there one night. Unfortunately, we stayed in site 52, which reduced the overall experience. This is, by far, one of the tightest and most restricted sites we have experienced. Very difficult to get our camper in and out.

Staff excellent. Site just large enough for our overall length of 53 feet. 37 foot fiver plus tv. The cg while it looks tight was totally maneuverable.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Although the roads can be tight the site was roomy and pretty private. We were here in the fall and the trees had beautiful color.

Our first campground stay…the staff (Veronica) were wonderful, the site was beautiful, signage was excellent and everything was pet (dogs) friendly.

Need to bring back the New York tours. Need to update and get more laundry machines. Don’t close down everything before the end of the season, arcade, snack bar.

It was a very hard campground to get to from the interstate and it was very difficult to get in and out of the campground. Roads were narrow and many low hanging trees.

We booked spot 53, full hookups for 35 ft rv. This section was a parking lot filled with pot holes. The rest of the location had spectacular sites with trees. I wish I could post a picture. We were unable to get another site as they were fully booked. I have never seen a Koa section like this. How is this acceptable? It felt like we were in a completely different park. Huge Koa fan, not here

Our kid really loves this KOA. The activities are so fun! The camp store has everything you need! The staff is helpful. Texting option could be better/more responsive. Overall, we always enjoy this location and recommend to friends.

Nice site, not so nice KOA: KOA office building in need of repair, bathrooms were horrible and didn't look like they had been cleaned in some time, office staff was not dressed as a KOA employee, nice enough, but . . . . we paid a $6 resort fee for no resort amenities which evidently made up for our $6 discount as a KOA member - really???? we will not stay again nor recommend it to others.

Our was fine except for a 43 for taller that was allowed to come in during trick or treating in the dark while children were walking around.

Very disappointed with our stay at New York North/Newburgh KOA we paid $181 for 2 nights at this KOA. Our site was 64 which we were told by one of the personnel that this was a worker site. We had a view of a dumpster and telephone pole. No fire ring. We were not able to sit at the picnic table because it was rotted on both benches and the table top & covered with grease. Terrible!!

We were placed in a back-in section of this "Holiday" KOA. Our site was in the 60s section. It was a parking lot; vehicles parked everywhere because sites were too small to accommodate both rig and vehicle. Very congested. Fire rings and picnic tables tossed haphazardly around with a pathetic excuse of a garden at each site. There was no love or attention paid to this section of the KOA.

Only an overnight stay but was nice & peaceful. Site level enough. Checked out bathrooms, showers & laundry & all looked clean & neat Lots for kids to do if you have them. It is a very woodsy site which we enjoyed.

Beautiful, relaxing park in the woods! Gals in the office bent over backward to move us to a spot that would fit our large big rig camper better that the spot that we had picked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bravo!
