We stayed in a deluxe lodge and it couldn't have been better. All the accommodations are there, and the staff was friendly and helped us with anything we needed. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back.

There was a group of young people who played their music (mainly just a deep base) into the night! At 11 pm we asked them to turn it off, after unsuccessfully trying to fall asleep. They didn’t till half hour later - totally inconsiderate bunch!

The office staff was awesome and made sure we got our packages even if the packages were in town. The New Expanded section was beautiful and big enough for our truck and toy hauler. The place to stay to ATV the dunes.

Much better this year than the past 2 years we’ve stayed. It has been cleaned up really nice. Rocks instead of a muddy mess at our campsites was such an improvement.

Been coming here for years and will continue to stay here. However, we stay in a deluxe cabin that sleeps 5 and we have always had a tiny bathroom garbage can in the kitchen. Wouldn’t cost too much more to have a full size kitchen one, I would think. The only other thing is that if you count the futon as a place to sleep, it should be as comfortable as the other options. It was great. Just wish people staying in spots didn’t have prioritiy to book for following year and you have to wait until they check out to see if they re-book for following year. Doesn’t let everyone experience little houses and big boy spots. Staff is friendly and we did re-book.

I would rate this as 5 stars for anyone wanting to have fun. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing, there are plenty of other KOAs that offer that. We were only there a short stay to break up our trip and see the area and they were just great for location and amenities. But if you are there to explore the dunes you won't be disappointed.

Great overnight stop over! We didn't have a bike/buggy to play here , but there are rentals available next door. We enjoyed watching the families have fun together, everyone was great and the washrooms and dog park were kept nice and clean. Our site was right beside the hwy. but this wasn't a problem at all.

While the park would be terrific for ATVs, etc. we only used it for a stop off on the way home. The WIFI was almost non-existent and you could only hook up one device, with a $10 charge per device after that. This is not what we expect from a KOA>

We loved our stay at the koa it was especially peaceful (since it seems everyone else cancelled because of the weather) it was very beautiful when it snowed.

Best staff I have ever encountered. I arrived exhausted and still shaken after an unexpected and quite terrifying near accident that set me back en route. I was a moppy, mopey mess as I checked in. Everyone showed me genuine concern and treated like family. I'll always chose to stay here with them (in a cozy cabin) over staying anywhere else. This KOA is my favorite. Its my home away from home.

Weather just didn't cooperate for a nice visit. Hail storms but it is winter still! Shower were great but limited to 8 minutes of water time, even Navy showers didn't help as the timer runs when water is not running. Not time for a good hair wash. When I made the reservation it indicated there was only one spot left but the place was pretty much empty, I saw no more than 10 campers.

Awesome stay! Me and my husband rented one of the cabins and it was very comfy and cute. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. Kimberly and Lyndsey were so informative and had excellent costumer service. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay by the dunes.

Our experience was great! Access to the dunes is not too far, they have a bouncy pad for kids, they have a dog park, they have an ice cream social on the weekends, they have tetherball, they have a kids play area, they even have a kid area for riding quads. Friendly staff, Park is clean and very well maintained. Lots of fun and we will be back for sure!

Our first time to this KOA, great place, clean, awesome recreation hall with axe throwing, ping pong, fuss ball table, stuff for everyone. We stayed at the Great Lodge, and family stayed next door at Lena lodge. Great lodge had double car garage for the RZR, CanAm, quads, motorcycles. Steve's ATV was full of currant merch, great service. I do have to mention KOA check in and check out was smooth, KOA staff Wonderful! I'm really surprised with the negative reviews?! Maybe new management? We will be back, dune access Is excellent! Thanks, The Allen Family!
