Campground was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that I had to move spaces due to the booked site not being friendly to my RV. No issue with the move, but the site I was moved to had a tree that had some low branches that sat on the roof of my RV. I ended up getting ants inside from roof vent. Tree needs to get trimmed. Told staff and he'd pass on to get it trimmed

Chose this KOA due to location and planned a day at LegoLand with our grandaughter. Camped in spot 20 which was near the pool and Rec Center. Level spot with shade from trees. We were very close to our neighbors on each side. Our grandaughter loved the big Bounce Pad, playground and heated pool.

Stayed 3 weeks and the facilities were clean most of the time, but by morning they were very dirty, mostly by unsupervised kids. People not cleaning up after their dogs, people cutting through campsites. All that is camping respect. The biggest problem is the construction right beside the campsites, noise everyday by 7am and highway traffic, again, not the KOA's fault. We will not be back.

The staff was great. We had an issue with a neighbor feeding squirrels behind their camper/in front of ours and the staff was quick to respond and take care of the situation.

Pool & kid area are great. The playground is � Sites aren’t all level & come aren’t well kept lots of leaves not raked. Construction beside KOA has a lot of daytime hammering etc including SaturdayThere are no planned activities for kids. Bingo is for adults only. It is conveniently located. More building. More traffic. Amazon. WiFi sucks. Kids run around on their scooters unabated. Go as fast as they want with no supervision. And the building construction noise. Can’t even imagine what the traffic will be like when all those surrounding condos are occupied!

We ended up having RV issues. Had to book a cabin for a couple of nights, cancel rv spot, rebook rv spot. It was a nightmare! The staff were SO helpful! They accommodated us in any way they could with a smile. We are so grateful. Amazing place. We will be back!

Nice campground BUT nestled where it is with all the new condos being built i would never use it again. Had we known about all the construction noise would have selected somewhere else. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. I guess the growth of this area is overwhelming.

Sites are very tight for large rigs. Most of the park has long term/extended stay residents. Major construction with large condo units being built right next to park.

The park has good amenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The site are “grass”, basically sand with a small cement pad, which is located in the center of the sites. No way in a class A to get your door near the site. The sites are so tight that the staff has to have people move vehicle so you can park. The park is convenient to the hwy, but Interstate 4 is always backed up.

Sorry but with the loss of land next to the KOA and the construction of the large apartment complete next to the road, it is not a desirable KOA to visit. We were placed next to the road and construction that started at 6:45 each morning. Lost the relaxation of the vacation. Did not see that the price paid and the construction matched. The rate needed to be lower. The value of the KOA is dropping.

Everything was very clean. The people that worked their were very friendly. Had fun with Jenn and John at Bingo and the Ice Cream by the pool. They really kept things exciting. We went to the pool, played Cornhole and Horseshoes. It is close to all the attractions. Would recommend!!

Very hard to find the park. The map from the web was not helpful. Sites too close together. Park filled to capacity. Very noisy. Did like the dog wash. The fense dog park was full of sand and dog did not want to go in the second time - refused not do his business there. Tried to call before and no one answered.

Stayed 3 nights all went well. The staff was friendly and helpful. 2 of the 3 days you have events going on ( pancake breakfast and ice cream social)……. We had a very good time

I was disappointed there was no kitchen or at least a sink in the rally room. Bringing sloppy, dirty dishes back to,your RV is not pleasant. Other than that, it was great.

The building next-door was very irritating, especially at 7 o’clock in the morning and they start banging and moving equipment around. I know there’s not much you could do about that.

We arrived a little later and a KOA employee met us right away and escorted us to our site. We were after a one night stay passing through headed north. The site was not level & not long enough to support o our rig & tow. Given small site size & mostly dirt + little grass it seems that this is yet another run of the mill KOA driven by the desire of profits rather than a ++ customer experience.

I simply love this KOA. Stayed there many times. People are great. The amenities are just getting better each time we stay there. We have so much fun with the grandkids there. We don't even think of going to Orlando. If you need anything, there is a WAWA so close you can walk to it. No need to fight the traffic for anything. If you want to go out, there are plenty of places to eat with in 5 miles.

Loved this location..... Scott and the team @ this location were amazing, always willing to help. Grounds were immaculate, Bathroom/Shower house always clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The campground itself is well keep, friendly staff, nice pool. But the construction noise is so loud. That is by no means the fault of the Koa, but you do not feel like you’re camping with all the hammering and machines going all day long. I may tell my friend about the campground, but warn them about all the construction. To bad for the KOA, I am afraid they will lose business.

I want to start this review with: I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before because the reviews I feel aren't fair for this campground. So. We ended up needing to switch our reservation from tent to cabin and Debra was wonderful, very understanding and helpful through our issue. The staff didn't take us to our site like other koa's but to be honest, it's an easy enough campground to figure out with the map. SO. This review is 2 parts because we stayed in a deluxe tent AND the cabin. Deluxe tent sites: pretty ok. The plugs and sink, definitely amazing. Definitely woke up to the traffic and construction but, that's to be expected when tent camping. And the deluxe sites, staff did an amazing job. Now to the cabin. We stayed in 2, an older one and a newer one. The older one, needs SOME work, not a ton to be honest. All the cabins I feel need small 5 feet privacy fences in between. The older cabin did need a better light, it was very dim. The newer cabin, was great. We're already planning our next stay! The ONLY review I have for this particular site is: possibly have golf carts to rent and definitely need a family restroom. A lot of families would've benefited from them. But thank you to the staff for being so helpful and friendly.
