The campground and facilities were great. We stayed in site 29 - it was a tad inconvenient to connect and unconnect with the truck being in the way of other vehicles. But once settled in, the site was great �

My husband and I enjoyed our camp ground for the seating, fire pits, bricks and artificial grass already there when we arrived so, we didn’t really have to set up camp. We also appreciated the hot springs. Very relaxing. Thank you.

We had a great time! The Deluxe Cabins were excellently appointed - the fire pits were a big hit with the kids and adults alike. The cabins are also larger than we anticipated and very clean. From the mineral springs hot tubs, warm pool, bikes, mini golf and pickle ball - there was more than we could even do in the time we were there. Everyone was SUPER friendly too! Can’t wait to return!

We stayed two nights here and had a great time. We enjoyed the mineral pools and meeting other campers. The nights were quiet, our trailer site level and roomy, the staff was friendly, the laundry machines worked, the bathrooms and showers clean, the store stocked... I would stay here again. I thought the park could use a community fire ring (propane of course), to socialize around.

I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was. We were in town for the BNP tennis tournament at Indian Wells. This was our second weekend at an Arab sight and this place was way better then the first place we stayed at. The facility was so clean and the bathrooms were amazing. I will definitely be staying here again for sure. Just an all around great family friendly place. Thank you.

The patio spot was awesome! The covered and grassy area for my dog was so appreciated. The people here are friendly and helpful. This resort is spotless and well cared for. Loved the mineral spring tubs.

This RV park is in a very windy area. We had to spend a lot of time inside instead of enjoying the outdoors.

Another great stay at the KOA. Really great time to go visit and see the wild flowers in Joshua Tree and surrounding areas. The staff work so hard to maintain a clean space with activities for both adults and kids. Can't wait for the next visit!

Quick overnight stay. We were stopped on I-10 until 1 AM. We were able to get to our spot. got set-up and had a very restful sleep. People were great at the campground. I liked that there was an RV repair shop so close to the campground.

Staff was very helpful and worked hard at keeping the park clean after the windstorm. Wished cafe was open more and mini-golf was in better shape so we could play, but otherwise a nice facility.

The pull thrus were booked, so the Staff was accomdating, and they found us a back in long enough so we did nnot have to drop the trailer. Love the hot springs spa as well.

We very much enjoyed our month long stay here. We had a concern and the manager and staff were quick to find a solution and help us out, which we really appreciated. The hot tubs and pool were FANTASTIC! Great views of the mountains around the campground as well. My kids loved the putt putt and jump pillow.

Stayed the month of Febuary at the Palm Springs Joshua Tree KOA and would stay again in future winter months. Desert Hot Springs is a short drive away and has nearly everything you need with a small town feel. Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs, and various wonderful desert towns are near by and provide excellent exploring opportunities. The entire staff at the KOA are friendly and helpful.

There are big changes going on, for the better? I prefer the less Pricey Sites that exist where a large number of other sites are being made from two sites to one? I stay for extended times, frequently, & seems wasteful to be changing the design with out putting in an entire new Park. Septic systems are outdated along with the electrical. Some times it is best to just leave things as they are.

We had a very enjoyable two nights at the PS/JT KOA. The park was very clean and bathrooms/showers were nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The surrounding backdrop was breathtaking.

Stayed here for 6 nights. It is a very well maintained campground. The dog park is huge and our pups loved it. It was windy while we were there, but as we have traveled through the California desert it is very windy everywhere! Beautiful area and so much to see! Highly recommend!

The office stay was amazing; we had to cancel our reservations at a nearby campground because our daughter could not get her rig into it. She called the KOA and they were able to accommodate them as well as us for the 10 nights. They did everything possible to get us as close together as possible. Excellent customer service. And, no charge for packages!

We’ve only used this location for overnight when traveling to AZ. Location is clean, staff friendly enough, nice large rig pull through sites for easy in and out.

This place was one of the best we've stayed at! The store has plenty to offer even for your RV not just the food and souvenir stuff. The pool and hot springs hot tubs were fantastic and the kids enjoyed it alot. The mini golf is fun and free. If you plan to play pickleball bring your own or buy from the store I don't see the bounce pad, but our kids really like this KOA the game room was our spot after the pool. The only thing I didn't agree with was the cafe was close in the beginning of June. I'm not sure of that's the "off season" for them but I would have been nice to grab lunch while at the pool. Our site was perfect with the patio and fire pit we roasted s'mores and had a great time. We will definitely come back

We initially had booked two nights here but extended it for another night. This KOA is our favourite we've stayed in. The pool is an amazing temperature, and the 3 covered hottubs all different temperatures is unbeatable. We would come back here just to relax and hang by the pool all day. Workers were great.
