Thank you for choosing Panama City Beach KOA Holiday! We are excited to have you as our guests. Below are guidelines to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. If you have any questions or need clarification,  please ask a staff member for assistance.  Check-in times: RV/Tent Sites: 1:00pm Accommodations: 3:00pm Check-out times:  RV/Tent Sites: 11:00am Accommodations: 10:00am Adhering to the check-in/check-out policy will allow the staff to prep the site for your arrival. While we try to accommodate early arrivals, there are behind the scenes cleanings that take place so the site is perfect. If you would like to check in early, or have a late departure, please call in advance to verify availability.  (Fees apply) Speed limit: The speed limit of 10mph will be strictly enforced for everyone’s safety.  Vehicles: All vehicles entering the park must have a valid hang tag and be insured. Quiet Hours:  10:00pm-7:00am Visitors: All visitors must register at the camp store during business hours and pay the visitor fee before going to the registered guests site.  If you have local family and friends that  want to just drop something off to you,  please meet them in front of the store rather than having them go to your site as a visitor. Any unregistered vehicles/guests will be considered trespassing and be asked to leave immediately. Pets: We require all rabies vaccine certificates be on file at the store upon check in. This is for your fur babies protection as well as anyone else on the property. Please be ready to provide it either before arrival or upon check in. All dogs must be on a leash at all times, with a human at the other end. All pet waste must be picked up immediately, those observed not picking up the pet waste will be subject to a $100 fine and/or ejection from the park. Please do not leave your pet unattended outside for any reason at any time. Pets are not allowed in the cabins, bathhouse/laundry room, store or pool areas.  Pool: The pool is open from 8:00am-Dusk daily. Pool use is limited to registered  guests only. Permitting and insurance prohibit non-camping guests from utilizing the pool.  We appreciate advance cooperation with these requirements, and it eliminates any embarrassment from breaking the rules. Parking: Due to limited parking on the property we kindly ask that you keep your vehicles within your site on the designated parking spaces and not parked on the side of the roads or in vacant sites nearby.  Trash: We will  pick up trash at the sites starting at 10:00am daily. If you forget and don’t get it out in time, please utilize the dumpsters located in the front of the park. We have a set time for trash pick up so we aren’t constantly picking up trash all day as well as keeping the possibility of attracting critters to a minimum.  Firewood/Firepit:. We sell kiln dried firewood in the camp store and can deliver it to your site for you. Firepits are available to be checked out at the camp store for a refundable deposit. As we all try to do our part as to not transport harmful invasive species from one place to another, please respect this everywhere you go!  Generators: Are not permitted. WIFI: WiFi is available throughout the entire park. Please ask a staff member how to access.  Propane Filling Station: The propane filling station is available during normal store hours. Please do not bring your tanks inside the building.  Fireworks, firearms, intoxication, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.  Violators and their property will be removed at their expense with no refunds.  Camping etiquette: Please be courteous to all at all times.  Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departures. We have that space available for you for the entire time you have reserved it. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
