Grounds need to be taken care of better. There was lots of trash on the grounds, broken lights on the pathways and pulled out of the ground. The floor in the cabin was DIRTY. The day we checked in it smelt clean but our feet were black from walking in our cabin. I feel cleaning inside is rushed. Everything was great about this place from the cabin to the pool to the variety of activities offered. If I had issue it’s that I think it’s time to expand the bathrooms. Multiple times I went to use them and all of the stalls were in use. Otherwise, one of the best koas I’ve visited.

This was our first stay at a KOA facility. I loved the cabin. It was very clean, set up very efficiently, and very cute!The customer service was awesome. The facility was very clean. We look forward to visiting again.

The wifi did not work in our cabin and it never got resolved. The stove didnt work and the man who came in to check said that theyd need to replace the whole range so we werent able to cook the food we brought to cook and had to order out the rest of the trip. Couch was old and dingy, someones used razor was still in shower and duvet in small room with toilet only was dirty and unchanged

We loved how clean the washroom facilities were- well done. We stayed in the basic cabins and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend- we were surprised how respectful and quiet the park was at night considering it was a very busy Easter weekend.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom camping cabin. Nice Stay. a plus the camping kitchen nearby had a sink and burners ,did not have hot water though for washing dishes. had a microwave and mini fridge. 3 of the mattress were fine. one of mattress on the top bunk was very hard. Nice the pool was heated and stayed open late, my kids enjoyed it. Overall an enoyable experience and would stay again.

Stayed there a week in a cabin, after a 12 hoour drive from michigan we went to take a shower/bath for my wife and the hot water was not working. It was working in the kitchen. It was after hours so we had to wait till next morning. I asked front desk when we checked out if we could get a partial refund for that day and she said because it was fixed no. Just thought that wasn’t right. Thanks

Great cabin. Fun playground. Heated pool was a bonus! Convenient to park as well as tourist attractions. Very happy to have an economical, pet friendly option for our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA. Would be nice if they told you when you called to make a cabin reservation that you couldn’t park by certain cabins and that you had to haul your stuff to your cabin a hilly sidewalks and down stairs this would have changed what cabin we booked. We had also stayed at other KOAs with the same kind of cabin and the partial kitchen included silverware, plates, cups.

Got a decent deluxe cabin. Had a minor issue with ants taking over but maintenance brought some spray right away. Cabin was clean- staff was wonderful. Great location. Kids loved the pool and lazy river

Our cabin was so cute. I felt a little mislead with the description that said it looked over the park. We were looking over the bus station that was so loud. Only issue with cleanliness was that an old band-aid was on our blanket, everything else was wonderful. The landscaping was pretty. Loved our fireplace! I'd recommend removing the bench in the bedroom and putting shelves or a dresser.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rachelle is a gem. Nice big dog park. Walking distance to the Old Mill shops which is very nice. And having the Trolly station within walking distance is perfect. So much traffic in the city. Beautiful campground.

Very cozy and enjoyable . Only thing that bothered me is in the middle of the night I went to the women’s bathroom and there was a drunk man in there kind of spooked me but the place was fantastic!!

My husband and I stayed in the deluxe cabin, and it was great. They had everything that you would need for your stay, and if you needed something all I did was asked and it was at the cabin within 10 minutes. We stayed for a week and loved it, they have a heated pool and hot tub. The girls in the office were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back. Thank you KOA

I love the Deluxe Cabin. My parents are elderly and they are easy to access. The location is perfect. The campground is awesome.

We enjoyed our stay. Would have rated a 10 and 5 stars if our shower would have had hot water. Sink was hot, but shower never got warm. Also, on our best weather day, we arrived to the pool at 8:04pm to find it closed when we were told closing time would be at 9pm.

We had a great time at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We loved our cabin, enjoyed the lazy pool and hot tub and everyone we met was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back again!

Rachel was the best EVER. She made us feel welcomed the moment we stepped in th office. She even placed my baby's milk in their refrigerator until we could check into our other cabin. Thank you to Pigeon Forge KOA team. Yall made our stay Phenomenal. As we were leaving they were putting mulch out in flower beds ect, making it look beautiful as ever. Aging thank you for your hospitality.

We had an awful problem with ants our entire stay and had multiple other problems with our cabin. Maintenance gave us a can of Raid to use after we had already had to buy other stuff. Management told us we shouldn’t have used it inside despite the invasion of ants and lack of their help to get rid of them. We had to throw food away due to them. Management was rude when they called after our sta

Our stay was wonderful. Checking in and out was easy. The cabin and outdoor area were well kept and just as advertised. My only complaint would be the upkeep of the showers and camping kitchen. The showers were understandably dirty at times, but it seemed like the camping kitchen was never cleaned, so we didn’t get to use that amenity. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Love the cabin we stayed in the only thing was the tv work but it was fuzzy and the young man work on it twice and couldn't get it clear . And koa was awesome they gave me a little discount . Love it and will stay again soon.

Loved the deluxe cabin it was very nice, clean and comfy. The lady at the registry camp office was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.i like that you had a cabin to fit 8 .

Excellent campground including sites, cleanliness, activity areas and cabins. We did it all. Quiet location but close enough to everything. Trolley pick up on-site and within walking distance of the main streets. Will definetly stay here again.

We love it here! The location is fantastic if you want to be close to everything that is offered in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. The park staff was Great! Very helpful and friendly. The park was clean. The sites are close together but you still had room to relax and not feel packed in too close. The bath house was clean and roomy. The water pressure was great in the shower! There is even a pet wash area. So many amenities here at this park. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub - excellent! Our granddaughter had a wonderful time at the pool and playground. The playground covers all ages plus is away from the main entrance of vehicle traffic. Considering the location, it was quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return to this KOA and we do recommend it. We give it 5 stars!

Awesome campground! The staff is polite and helpful. So many things for the kids to do! The recreation post was filled with activies for the kids, jumping pad, swing on a track, playground, etc. The pool had a lazy river. There was also a hammock lawn with lawn games and of course some hammocks. There is small playground next to the lawn games. We stayed in the deluxe cabin - lodge had the rustic feel with all the conveniences, a full bathroom, half bath, kitchen araa with table/ chairs, and a couch. It is as nice as a hotel room. They had several cabins and camp sites for campers. It is a very nice campground.
