J’ai eu beaucoup de difficulté avec le disjoncteur 30 ampères, je devais le réarmer à plusieurs occasions. Très déplaisant.

Nous n'avons pas camper longtemps mais cela nous a permis de se reposer avant de poursuivre notre route. Très propre et excellent accueil

Very friendly staff and they speak English! The park is very clean and well maintained. A close drive to Levis and the ferry to Old Quebec. Great stay and the dog park was absolutely the best ever!!! Thank you for having such a lovely dog park for our dogs to enjoy. They had plenty of room to work off excess travel energy and that made us very happy campers!!!

Mon terrain était trop près de l’autoroute…j’ai demandé pour changer, mais on m’a dit que les terrains étaient tous loués…en me promenant sur le camping chaque jour, je voyais des sites libres…mais j’ai été quand même bien…je pouvais mettre mon hamac, j’ai pu faire un feu…c’était pas pire quand même…

Splendid..!! I had a two day car camping but ended up extending one more day due to the beauty of Quebec City. So booked a plot for my tent and car with water and electricity. Very close to the city and supermarkets. Firsttime KOA.

Everything was as expected except for the label climate controlled unit. This is sort of false as it only meant there was a fan in the unit where as climate controlled to me indicates air conditioning. Not a big deal, but fans do not control the climate of the room.

Hugely disappointed that the pool closed August 27th for the season, and we checked in August 28th. That hasn’t happened at any other KOA we’ve stayed at, even into September. The pool is an integral part of why we choose KOA’s and we did check out early because of that reason. That said, the cabin, grounds and staff were amazing. If we return, it will be when the pool is open.

One of the nicest KOA's we have stayed in..........ever. Staff so very friendly and helpful. Laundry room very clean. Restrooms spotless. Great gift shop. Pool area best we have seen. We had a cement pad site that was just terrific. Do wish there was a little bit better tv reception or cable option but other than that, just a terrific place to stay.

The washrooms are clean and very well kept. This KOA seems to only have pull-through sites which is very welcomed after a long day on the road. We are certainly going back to this KOA. Regards, Louis

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights on our way home from to Trenton Ontario from Fundy Bay New Brunswick. The goal was to see the walled city of Quebec but we were pleased to also have the ability to enjoy Levis. The KOA itself has a well stocked store filled with anything you could need while camping and more. My daughter and I got book lights to read in the tent as well as a Christmas present for my nephew. The staff were friendly and accomodating and able to speak to me in English as my French is limited. The bathroom were clean, spacious and kind of fancy. We also loved our tent site located on a sift grassy field backing onto a woodsy area. Equipped with fire pit electricity and water and of course a picnic table. We could not ask gor a better site.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
