We wish we could give this KOA a rating of 11 or 12! The facility is one of the nicest KOAs we have ever stayed at. It was clean and well maintained. Lots of things to do, if you have kids - including movie nights! Unfortunately, we experienced a car problem, but Dirk & Danielle were so accommodating, flexible, and willing to help in any way possible. Our thanks to them both!

I JUST STAYED ONE NIGHT BUT THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS STAYING ALL SUMMER WITH THEM. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND HAD LOTS FOR THING TO DO

We loved everything about this place. The kids loved the pool and fishing. I loved watching the moon come up. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The little cabins were fun for the boys and right by the water. Hope to return soon.

This was our first trip to Richmond KOA and it didn't disappoint! We stayed in the camping kabin with our 3 grandkids and our lab. From check in to check out the Schubert family and staff made you feel rite at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground as well as pizza and wings from the store cafe delivered to our site.Along with candy bar bingo!We are already planning our fall outing!

We had an issue with the electric at our site. Staff was quick to fix the problem. The cafe was also affordable and quick. The best part was the dog park! Will definitely be staying here again!

The owners and staff are awesome. Safe/secure location. Extremely clean. So many things to do for all. The nature trail is an added treat. The store has everything and more. Fishing lake is beautiful!

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday with two different camping friends. We had an excellent time with both friends. The campground is calm, organized, and efficiently operated. Can't wait to come back. Oh yes, the food and ice cream are great.

Dirk and Danielle have done a great job with Richmond. Love the new Hungry Camper Cafe. Only one comment, cook your pizzas a little longer, please. See you in about 10 days.

ZERO hot water in shower. Only stayed one one night on our way to the Pontiac Nationals in Norwalk, OH. Showers at the track were at least warm even with all of the racers and spectators. Choose KOA because I thought I could guarantee a good accommodation. Would have chosen ma and pa kettle campground if I wanted cold shower.

Thank you for letting us know that 1 of the showers were not operating correctly, the other ones were in working order. The issue has since been resolved. FYI, we are one of the ma and pa campgrounds and we do our very best. Have a great day!

I was a little concerned on the entry, there a couple of sharp turns and the road is narrow but doable. On checking in Teresa answered all our questions about local road/bridge closure. And Kevin directed us to our site and made sure we were good to go before leaving. We were only there for 1 night. But there’s a trail I would have liked to hike and a fishing pond. Clean bathrooms and showers.

We checked in after hours but easily found our campsite info. It was a great location for us. We only used the bathrooms and showers before leaving early the next morning. We were pleases with the neatness and cleanliness. Good job!

This was a nice campground with a beautiful pond on the property.Friendly staff.Well maintained.The only drawback that I found is that the pool is small and parents are expected to lifeguard their kids. When we went to the pool, there was a man there throwing a football the length of the pool to his kids.This went on even as other families showed up.He seemed to think it was his own personal pool.

We absolutely loved it here! Staff was very friendly, my girls loved going to the store to visit Izzy the puppy. My girls made friends and didn’t want to leave on Sunday. One of the BEST KOAs we have stayed at! We thank you all for making our dinner on Saturday since we didn’t feel like cooking, haha. Food was great! Thank you again for such a great weekend and great memories!

This park is the definition of "Big Rig Friendly"! After staying at 4 KOAs the previous week that claimed they were BIG Rig Friendly and had unlevel spots, small spots and spots that were not long enough for my 44ft motorhome and tow, we pulled into this Richmond KOA and I was immediately happy. Site was more than long enough for my rig and had ample room on both sides for a comfortable stay.

Even though it rained intermittently throughout our stay,it was great! The folks at the KOA were very accommodating to their schedule of events even though the weather argued with them the whole time! We came out the winner by having a great time. The family loved the ice cream!

We stayed two nights and it was very clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed that they have a pond to fish and other activities such as hiking trail corn hole and a pool, also the location was very easy to get in and out of and the people are kind and nice. Again this property was very clean and taken care of. We highly recommend it!!

This was a great overnight stay without a reservation. It was a quiet park but nice staff and campers. The dinner we had prepared by the staff was outstanding and was delicious. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely return here.

We love coming here. All the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. They have so many activities you woulmt get bored between fishing, trail, ping pong, corn hole, putt putt, pool, bikes, fireplace, play place, and staff lead games, it's never boring. If you want to just relax, the sites are far enough from the action you won't hear much.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: We stayed just 1 night in this KOA park and loved every minute!!! From the check in to the check out, we give their place a 100% score on friendliness, cleanliness, and the list could go on and on. They even have a little cafe set up so when you get parked after a long day of driving and traffic, there's no need to go outside the campground for food, not steak and potatoes mind you, but still good and filling AND they even bring it to your RV spot in the park… what GREAT service!!! Makenzie, you're the best! Thanks for a great time, we've already decided to make this campground as often as possible! Mike and Jessica Nichols ❤️
