The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and always working to keep the campgrounds looking it's best. Also, helpful in giving information on local spots around the area. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable with our stay. We plan on going back again in the near future.

The campground is great and we always have a good time there. However, we didn’t enjoy our cabin K-8. It had a terrible smell and attempts to spray and put an odor water in it didn’t do much.

Great location with spacious sites and all the amenities. Many activities for kids and adults alike. Close proximity to the Cog Railway and Mt Washington.

I've stayed at better campgrounds that were much cheaper, including on weekends. Although we got rained on during our stay, the campsite we stayed at did start to pond water and at one point a small stream formed underneath one of our tents. You should consider adding better drainage to your sites and rebuilding them.

Don’t plan to do any work. Cell service is poor and WiFi, even the strength you pay extra for is slow. Too many trees for satellite WiFi as well. HOWEVER, the views are gorgeous so leave the work behind and enjoy the great outdoors or their great cable.

Very friendly people. Very clean and neat. Showers were hot (a bigger to me!) And bathrooms were very clean.

Our site, #1, was out of level by more than 4"-with many trip hazards - most notably the raised patio. The rough edge stairs leading to the office were a danger and the store was overpriced. The bright spot was Eric, he worked with us to to find temporary solutions to the site problems. Bring your bug spray. At this time I can not recommend the campground - there are many other KOAs instead.

This was our first stay at a KOA. We found the camp ground very clean and there staff were excellent. Staff would ask us nearly every day if things are okay and if there was anything they can help make our stay be better. Hard working crew.

We have a 37 foot Class A. They helped us by providing a quiet site which we backed into with full service. They were very accommodating and the camp was clean & fun to be at during are stay to Maine

3rd yr @ Twin Mt. Reserved yr ahead, sites 104 & 105 side by side, facing, with friends. Arrived, I said we are next to Bensons, man replied "No you're not and you can't be!" Put us 101, Bensons across road, behind us 107, told me "That's better!" When we complained why, was told KOA moves RVs, we should've locked in for $10. If we'd been told that, would have! Other sites available! No go 2024.

The location was easy to find and the facilities beautiful. The bathroom was kept clean no matter the time of day. My children loved the jump pad and playground. Most of all the staff were so friendly! We came late but there was a worker willing to lead us to our campsite. So kind and helpful!

Nice location. Easy access by road. The patio sites are easy to access. The full hookup sites deeper inside the campground are more difficult if you have a big rig; there are some squeezes going in and out. We could not get level at our site #77. Sewer hook up is several inches above ground level, so emptying the tank and stinky slinky is a chore. We’ll maintained. Good store. Spectacular scener

This was a wonderful KOA to take some R&R after driving from Arizona, I stayed two nights.

A great example of excellence, our stay was very memorable and very much full of people with character a key tenet was everyone made us feel like we were special and I could write a book about my stay there. I will for sure return again in a year and stay in the same place since I feel it is a home away from home.

Nice campground, peaceful, pleasant host, the only draw back is the temperature of the showers. The hot water went from cold to cool at best, even after running the hot water for extended period of time.

KOA campgrounds are normally great but this one is situated right beside a busy highway. Many transport trucks drove by throughout the night. Many were using their engine brakes. It was quite loud and it made it very difficult to get a good night sleep. Sadly, I can't imagine ever recommending this particular KOA without mentioning the extreme noise. Customer service was great as always.

We only stayed one night and it was rainy. Staff were polite but not overly friendly. Only one encounter with a gentleman touring in a golf cart who stopped to engage in a brief conversation. We didn't ask his name but I believe he said he was a nurse.

We love the site we had …108…. The staff are friendly and helpful! Marshall is very sweet and kind and takes the time to say hi to our two crazy dogs! Oh and the sunset never disappoints!

The site was perfect. The host went out of the box to help us. We developed a roof leak in our Roofnest. She and her husband went out of their way to assist. Final result we were able to sleep in the dry. Thank you and KOA. Bathroom was clean and great setup.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was extremely clean, and the campsites were large, tree-filled, and well laid out. Excellent base for adventures in White Mountain National Forest.

The staff were great but this is a small campground and there is nothing to do outside of being at the campground. Without a tow vehicle we were not able to go anywhere close by....no tourist attractions or restaurants.

My stay was excellent! I car camped during my recent trip to the area and was impressed. The service was very friendly, the shower was hot, and to my pleasant surprise the bathroom was well heated which was so nice since it's still cold outside. Definitely would be a great place for families as well.

Nice camp. Nice people. They are still learning so be patient. We enjoyed our stay very much. Visited many interesting places and sights. Mt Washington is really something! Wifi was extra charge.
