we decided not to tow our jeep as there problay were things to do at campground.We were wrong.No activities,minature golf.games food.Would only recommend overnight stay on way to somewhere else

My most expensive KOA stay. The log cabin was good, but bathrooms weren't. Wet, messy floors, limited storage, and cramped space. Checkout was 11 AM; 15 mins extra cost us $20. Unacceptable for the price and service. Won't come back.

The cabin was not cleaned prior to our arrival, both doors were broken, and the staff didn't even pay attention to any of our notifications of late arrival. We've been here before and thought it was just one bad experience, but upon giving it another try had an even worse experience. Won't be back.

Enjoyed the campground. Nice amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, lots are tight and fire pit was too close to the road.

The rv sites are very small. The pool is very small, the playground is very outdated. The he activities that they had for the kids was awesome. Very un level sites for the campers as well. Volleyball court wasn’t level as well. But the bathrooms were very clean.

Nice location, close proximity to downtown. very friendly staff. My kids had a blast. The trains going by were loud at night but then again we were in a popup camper. Will definitely return to this KOA

We have always camped at the KOA and decided to try a cabin for one night. For two adults, the cabin was adequate. We appreciated the air conditioning. The cabin did have a smell that was distracting. The bathrooms were clean and we are always impressed at the cleanliness overall.

Staff and parking escorts were super nice and helpful. Laundry room was clean, available and machines worked well. Nice little store, bought a few treats, tshirt and souvinirs. Staff was able to help us extend our stay in same spot. Quiet campers at night. Overall just what we needed!

great customer service by all the staff. i loved the "fresh ice" bags (HA! HA! HA!) we got every day (ask the night staff about this one). my guy said a swing would have been a nice addition to our cabin, also. great overall 3 day stay. keep up the good work !!!

We stayed for 10 nights while we explored the Dells area. Staff was friendly, my girls loved the pool but it smaller and could be crowed at times, especially on the weekends, splash pad was fun. Girls loved the crafts and ice cream social. Restrooms, office and grounds were well kept. It was a great stay over all and close to lots of Dells attractions making it a great base for our stay.

The camp site given to us at first was so small our slide out would not have fit on the location. After further request to get a new site, they all first said no. We were ready to camp in a different campground. The gentleman that was guiding us asked again the main office team to move us, at that time they finally gave us an opportunity to move one campsite over.

Very accommodating and super friendly! Guided us to our site and helped me back in the trailer, as I’m still working on my parking skills! Kids loved the movie nights. The pancake breakfast was an added perk. Close to major attractions, but far enough from the traffic. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Some of the rv spots were rather close together but otherwise everything was wonderful!! The staff was all great and super friendly. Altho I did not use the shower house, they were clean and updated. Very impressed with the KOA

The staff was SO nice and friendly. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. Super clean grounds and very well maintained. The pool was clean and relaxing. We loved the pancake breakfast!

It was a great perk to have ice & firewood delivered right to our site by sending a text-arrived in minutes after! Also was nice to have staff bring us to our spot on arrival.

Everything was clean and staff were friendly. Not much to do at the camp ground but that was ok because we spent most of our time in town doing all the site seeing.

We loved our stay at the KOA in Wisconsin Dells! We stayed in a camper site next to the playground. It was a perfect location. We used the showers and restrooms daily. They were always clean. Not only were the restrooms always clean, the whole campground was. I don't think I saw a single piece of stray garbage our entire stay. It seems to be a well managed and maintained campground.

Premier camping location! Very close to all of the great Dells activities but far enough away to give you that woodsy camping feel. Staff was AWESOME and very helpful. Campsites were clean, nicely put together, and the amenities are top-notch. Private bathrooms and restrooms and text delivery of essentials to your site! Overall an excellent experience.

Our tent site was carved out of a hill. Fun and all, but with little kids, kind of a mess. And like most KOAs there little distance between you and the other tents. There’s also no dedicated tent pad here, something that is sorely lacking at many KOAs. For these prices it would be really appreciated to have a 10x10 pad laid out. Heck, the national parks do for 1/4 the price.

Camped out here at a tent site by during Automotion weekend with 3 kids. Had a very nice time. Check in was fast and had a nice little camp store. They had an assortment of balls for the kid to use which was cool. Site was nice and bathrooms were clean. Would stay here again next time we visit the Dells

Great campsite, had a hiccup with picking a campsite and it was not enjoyable, talked to KOA staff and they were happy to accommodate and let us switch campsites!
