The best stay at a KOA we have had. Clean restrooms and showers, quiet, very kid friendly, great staff and an indoor pool! Definitely will be back.

Stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Had everything we needed to make our stay great. Also, unexpectedly, had a propane grill outside of the cabin for our personal use. Every employee was friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend

Campground is great for Yellowstone access….the staff was very friendly. We ended up moving to a different site & they were very accommodating. It’s a very busy place… the bathrooms are dated and were not very clean compared to most KOA’s we’ve stayed at. Previous reviewers complained about WiFi & cell service… WiFi ��� our cell service, Verizon was good, people with AT&T not so

Stopped here for an overnight stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The manager (shannon) made sure we were happy and had what we needed. She also gave us excellent recommendations on things to do and restaurants in the area. We stayed in a cabin which was clean and comfortable. It had a full bath so we did not use the parks facilities.

No Wi-Fi across almost all of the park site (except main office with password) Ground condition of the park is poor despite having heaps of staff working there. Cell Phone data (LTE) was a minimum despite proximity to West Yellowstone. TV cable not working at my site though it was part of the price for the reservation. I overpaid for my stay based on the service I received.

The staff were great to work with and the location to Yellowstone was convenient. However this campground is on a very busy highway. Most of their back in sites are right next to it which is loud most of the time. If you stay here, get a back lot away from the Highway.

We had a nice stay at the West Gate KOA. The location is just a few minutes from West Yellowstone which made for a convenient location as a base camp for our visits into Yellowstone. We were able to enjoy the cafe for it's last day of the season as things start to wind down after the Labor Day holiday. Our spot was just ok, it wasn't very level and due to recent rains, quite muddy.

Nice staff. Camping spots are lower than surrounding roads so we were camping in six inches of water and mud our whole stay. Most spots were like that. Won't be back.

The campground was excellent. Our stay may have been more enjoyable if there were gravel on our lot at the same price. With all the rain it was muddy and messy.

The nicest people. Super level site. Knowledgeable about breakfast restaurants with great food. Enjoyed our stay and when in area again will definitely stay again.

Spot was next to the main road into town. Very noisy, all night. Several times was expecting to have a semi inside the tent. Also was very Muddy.

Overall this KOA is great. The staff were courteous and professional. Although we only stayed one night, just after a rainstorm, the campground was clean and easy to navigate. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars, is the lack of decent hooks/pegs in both the shower and the restroom. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time, most of our experience was wonderful! The only recommendations we would have is that the website says you have bike rentals so we didn’t bring ours. In reality you have go carts. In addition, it says you have cable TV but the remote was lost. Not normally an issue but college football had begun. Otherwise, a great stay. Staff was great!

We were surprised by how nice our cabin was, the pool was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. The sunset was beautiful from this location. Highly recommend!!

Nice clean, quiet campground. They need to update the amenities since there is no mini golf or Montana wine and beers as advertised. We would definately come back.

Le terrain est bien, bien situé. Vous annoncez wifi disponible, il est vrai qu’un réseau wifi existe mais il n’est pas connecté sur internet, à part tout près de la réception, ceci devrait être mentionné sur votre page de réservation. Pour beaucoup d’utilisateurs, ceci est un point important. Plusieurs laveuses et sécheuses de la buanderie étaient hors service ou inutilisables.

I couldn't help noticing how prices have been Jacked up since being purchased by corporate. (Breakfast prices) Also I get convenience pricing on groceries but $10�12 for a $3-4 box of cereal. $8-10 for a $4 bottle of Mayo. This is flat out price Gouging.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Because of the location next to the road there was a lot of traffic noise. Lots of stuff to do for kids. Though the washroom facilities were reasonably clean, they need to get updated. I recommend different soap im the dispensers. There was a layer of fluid soap on the vanities. Overall a good stay.

It was great for kids. I really loved the convenience of the breakfast and dinner. I would pick a KOA anytime because of the food. The only downside was the tent spots are way to close to each other and the cabins. I could hear the tent next to us snoring all night. And then I felt like we were right infront of the cabins front door. So we could hear the people leaving in the early morning.

We stayed in a small camping cabin as we were passing through the area. The pool was fun, cabin was clean, camping kitchen was nice. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is because nothing was exceptional in the time we were there. It was great for what we needed, but nothing was above and beyond. We would probably stay again someday, if we were in the area again.

We stayed here in 2020 and had a great time. It’s the only lodging I even looked at for this years trip. Our cabin was really nice. I was pretty disappointed that the hot tub was gone. I read reviews before I left that the Wi-Fi was out and there were broken dryers. No big deal, they’ll be fixed by the time we get there right? Nope! They said there was a ‘fiber cut’, I knew I was being lie

Overpriced for what you get. Facilities are not maintained properly. WiFi never worked. We were a group of 4 and when I reserved over the phone; they guaranteed me that we were going to stay together but that wasn’t the case. Terrible service.

Great location, close the Yellowstone Westgate and great service and shop. The site we stayed at wasn't ideal for our fifth wheel size, probably really needed a longer site by about 2-3 feet but we made it work. Our fifth wheel sank into the wet gravel even with the leveling blocks put down. Other than that, everything was great.

We had a great stay here for a few days while we visited the national park. There are lots of mature trees and has a fun throwback/vintage vibe. It is so well maintained and they have the most friendly and helpful staff! I had some questions over the phone while booking and they took a lot of time with me going over options. And then once we arrived, everyone was so friendly and helpful. It is very close to the town of West Yellowstone and the park itself. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot to stay. They have tent spaces, rv spots, and cabins to rent. There are showers and dog K9 run for your pups. They have bags and a trash can to clean after your pets. Unfortunately, not everyone picks up after their pets. Other than those few who dont pick up after their pets, the campground is clean. The lady at the coffee truck was a great lady to talk to and was very friendly. We unfortunately left our power surge protector at the hook up site. We called the office, and they said it wasn't there or was turned in. So whoever got it, I hope you enjoy it.
