Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 2 c tiny marshmallows or 20 large marshmallows, cut
• 2 Tbsp peanut butter
• 4 c high protein cereal

Directions

In saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Add marshmallows; heat and stir till melted and mixture is syrupy. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Add cereal and mix till coated. Press into an 8x8x2-inch square on a sheet of heavy foil. Cool till firm enough to cut into 2x1-inch bars.
