Ingredients

• 1/4 c finely chopped green pepper
• 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 c milk
• 1/4 c imitation bacon bits
• 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
• salt and pepper
• toasted buns

Directions

Cook and stir green pepper in butter in 8-inch skillet until tender. Beat eggs and milk slightly in bowl; stir in bacon bits, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, just until set. Spoon into buns.
