Ingredients

• 1/2 pound(s) ground sausage
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 c cheddar cheese
• salsa
• 18 tortilla chips
• 4 flour tortillas

Directions

Saute sausage in pan over medium heat until crumbled and cooked. Add beaten egg to pan and let sit 1 minute. Add cheese and scramble until egg is cooked through. Top eggs with tortilla chips. Spoon egg mixture into a warm flour and top with salsa. Roll into a burrito.
