Ingredients

• 1 pound(s) ground beef
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 small can stewed tomatoes (optional)
• 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's chicken gumbo soup
• 1 can Veg All
• salt and pepper to taste
• garlic powder to taste (optional)

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion, Drain Grease. Add rest of ingredients, stir and cover for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with buttered bread.
