Build salad on a large tray that has an inch high rim. Take outer leaves of head lettuce and make a bed on tray. Spoon potato salad on top of lettuce leaves. Potato salad consists of cooked, diced potatoes,chopped, fresh parsley and Miracle Whip. Start building your salad by cutting the rest of the lettuce all over the potato salad. Arrange avocado slices around sides, alternate tomato and cucumber wedges over the tray. Cut a bell pepper into rings and place over all. Place sliced beats in center of pepper rings. Sprinkle black olives, Spanish olives, Greek peppers, radishes and small cooked shrimp all over tray. Slice Feta cheese into squares and add. Crisscross anchovies and scallion onions on top of Feta cheese. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
Prepare dressing a day before and shake it at intervals. Keep it at room temperature.
