British Lemon Curd

Ingredients

• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 Tbsp lemon juice (or RealLemon juice)
• 4 Tbsp butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and heat until boiling. Pour into 8 oz glass jar. ENJOY!
