With the beginning of 2004 places along the Corps of Discovery's now famous route are commemorating the journey with unique living history encounters, festivals and celebrations. The list assembled contains key points along the route and serves as a starting point. There will be no better time than now to see in person the countryside and relive history. The rest is left to discovery. Pick a state below, and plan an American adventure in the spirit of Lewis & Clark.
