We're "Big Rig Friendly" with 60' x 30' angled sites for the Big Rigs and unlimited length sites for Big Rigs towing larger vehicles. Our tent and Camping Cabin areas are all grass with lots of shade. You can even rent a Coleman pop-up tent trailer to enjoy here, or lease them to enjoy on your camping vacation elsewhere. Enjoy our heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or work out in the fitness center. Play a game of mini-golf, or join in our planned activities, BBQs, breakfasts and dessert socials. We welcome groups and reunions, and offer the use of our covered pavilion or NEW indoor social room for your activities. Our campground is an excellent base camp for your Colorado vacation. Many unforgettable Colorado attractions are only a 15- to 60-mile drive from here in all directions. Visit all the attractions in the Pikes Peak area, the Pueblo area, the Royal Gorge area, and the Great Sand Dunes National Monument. Just minutes from the campground you'll find a 27-hole championship golf course, two fishing lakes, many mountain streams, Bishop's Castle, the Frontier Pathway Scenic and Historic Byway, and countless 4X4 off-road and hiking trails. In the winter months you can cross-country ski, snowmobile or ice fish. The Pueblo South/Colorado City KOA is located 20 miles south of Pueblo and 74 miles north of the New Mexico border in the Greenhorn Mountain Valley in Colorado's southern Rockies.
