Please be advised this is a Non-Smoking campground. Car/van camping not allowed. You must be in a fully self-contained RV manufactured for camping. There is freeway noise and the sites are narrow.

The comforts of a small beachside town await you at the Avila/Pismo Beach KOA. The temperate weather means campers may enjoy the nearby trails and pet-friendly bike path year-round. On-site are all the amenities of home, including a laundry facility, showers, swimming pool, hot tub, game room and a kids' play area. Everyone enjoys the petting zoo, hayrides, and a destination farm just across the street from the campground. Nearby, you can visit vineyards and a farmers' market, along with the quaint communities of Avila Beach, Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo. Morro Bay, Cambria and Hearst Castle are a day trip away.

Our KOA is open 365 days a year and is conveniently located off Highway 101. Due to our proximity to the freeway, you will hear some freeway noise. Our KOA is a smaller, older park with narrow sites. Please make sure to accurately enter your entire Recreational Vehicle SIZE and TYPE when booking a stay with us. Failure to disclose your vehicle's correct size may result in a site not being available for you when you arrive.

We are a 100% smoke-free campground –no wood fires, pellets, or Duraflame.

This park only allows fully self-contained RVs with water, electric, and sewer connections - the vehicle must have been originally manufactured as an RV—no car camping, passenger vehicles, cargo trailers, converted vans/trailers or Buses. Tent, car, or van camping is not allowed in any RV site.

You are guaranteed a site, not a site number. We do not provide site numbers before arrival, and we reserve the right to change site numbers without notice. If you would like to request a site – please call the office for availability. There is a $20.00 Site Guarantee charge per site.

Check-in time is at 1:00 PM and Check-out time is at 11:00 AM – early check-in and late check-out during peak season are not available.

This park does not accommodate long-term or extended stays. We do not offer any monthly or weekly rates. Maximum length of stay is 14 days.
