Come have dessert with us! Enjoy home baked fruit pies, ala mode cream pies, cakes, ice-cream sundaes and A&W Rootbeer Floats served nightly.

Breakfasts

Items for a Make-Your-Own Continental Breakfasts are always available in the store's snack area. Weekends, holidays, and by special request from April through October, you can enjoy an "All the Pancakes You Can Eat" breakfast with bacon, sausage, assorted juices, and hot coffee. Some mornings you can awake to freshly baked biscuits smothered in a creamy sausage gravy, a fruit cup, assorted juices and hot coffee.

Evening BBQ’s -- April through October

Slow roasted Colorado BBQ beef, grilled pork chops, and grilled chicken breast charbroiled sirloin steak, lasagna, 1/3 pound hamburgers and Italian Sausage Sandwiches are just some of the menu at our evening cookouts.

Entertainment at the Pavilion

Our pavilion is home to Roger Wynn, former Nashville entertainer. Roger, a Country Western Vocalist, entertains on weekends, holidays and some week nights. The Greenhorn Valley Players present melodramas here on selected weekends, and Fireweed, Pueblo's top Bluegrass Band, also entertains at various times during the summer. Campers or groups willing to step up and entertain their fellow campers are always welcome at the Pavilion at any time.

Group Campfires & Sing-a longs

Join your fellow campers around the campfire for smores, hot dogs, sing-a-longs or just friendly conversation.

Miniature Golf Tournaments

Try your swing on our 18 hole miniature golf course, labeled as one of the more challenging courses by mini golf enthusiasts who have traveled around to various tournaments and stopped here along the way. Our tournaments are not professional by any means - we only host them for the fun of our campers and local people. There is always a prize waiting for the winner, and our famous "you stink" award is always presented to the person who does not play so well!

Gathering of the Pros Golf Tournament

We have a tournament for the serious golfers too! Make reservations now for our Annual Gathering of the Pros Golf Tournament held each year the first weekend after the 4th of July. It's a full weekend of camping, eating, golfing, lots of socializing with conversation and golfing excuses and stories!

Santa’s Winter Wonderland Christmas Display -- November through December.

Christmas spirit happens when you camp in the middle of our five-acre Christmas display. 60 characters and 35,000 lights will set the season aglow beginning in mid-November! The Christmas gift shop is open late, stop for Hot Chocolate, Wassail and Cookies.
