KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-7714 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy: We will hold your site all night when guaranteed with a deposit of a one night stay including tax, Value Kard discount and special local charges. Deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. If If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel priorto time deadlines listed below.To insure that your cancellation is recordedPlease make note of the date,person spoken to & cancellation confirmation #**** Without this information we may not be able to authorize your refund

********* These are the DEPOSIT REFUND CANCELLATION DEADLINES: RV/TENT: 48 HOURS - To cancel an RV/Tent reservation, notify us by 4 p.m. 2 DAYS PRIOR to your scheduled arrival.
KABIN: 7 DAYS - To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify us 7 DAYS prior to your scheduled arrival.
LODGES: 7 DAYS - To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify us 7 DAYS prior to your scheduled arrival.
Reservations made after deposit refund cancellation deadlines require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Changes to the arrival date prior to arrival are permitted

CHARGES - A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of full deposit.

Specific sites or Kabins may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Please, NO PETS or SMOKING is permitted in any of our Lodges, both full size and Chalet types. Infractions of this policy will result in forfeitureof $100.00 deposit

Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome!

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines.

Before You Go:

• Call ahead. Check with the campground about its specific pet policies. Some don't allow pets in Kamping Kabins, for example, or may have limited pet units. Others don't accept particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.
• Bring your helper.Service dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply.)

When You Arrive:

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
