Milton / Gulf Pines KOAMeet Your Host Daisy and Ray Crepeau are the managers of Milton/Gulf Pines KOA in the panhandle of Florida. "We have vacationed in this area for over 20 years, so when the opportunity to manage this park became available we were overjoyed!" said Daisy. The Crepeaus are no strangers to the camping lifestyle, having been full-timers since May 1999. Ray says "We took our first work camping position close to home, in case we didn't like it. Well, I guess we did, since we're still doing it." Ray and Daisy have had numerous work camping positions since their retirement from the "real world". Ray is a retired Air Force Officer and University Professor. Daisy is a retired banker. Both are Amateur Radio operators and have helped in emergency situations after hurricanes Katrina and Wilma. They have a strong sense of community involvement and are real "people" people. "We've had the opportunity to travel across the United States and see some wonderful places.
