"Egg-stra" Special Easter Weekend
April 10-12
Decorate your own donut, Easter crafts, egg hunt, big screen movie, guess the number of jelly beans in a jar and win them all! Potluck Easter dinner on Saturday - we'll provide ham, potato salad and rolls. Bring a favorite dish to share.
Annual Safety First Weekend
April 24-25
Right Stop RV Center will be here this weekend to give our guests free safety inspections of their RV's! You can ask them any questions about problems you're experiencing. They will also provide coffee and donuts, and bring a few RV's for an open house. Don't miss out on this opportunity to ask for advice from a qualified RV tech.
Kentucky Derby Weekend
May 1-3
Make your reservation now for this popular weekend. RV and tent sites still available! Bus transportation to and from Churchill Downs ($) on Saturday to take away the hassle of parking. Heated Pool Opens This Weekend! Also try our adult indoor hot tub for a relaxing treat after your busy day!
Mother's Day Weekend
May 8-10
This weekend is dedicated to our fundraising event for kids with cancer. Make a reservation for Friday night and camp Saturday night for FREE! We'll have an ice cream social($), an outdoor movie on the big screen Friday night, a DJ for dancing Sat. night, candy bar bingo($), pancake breakfast($) Sunday morning - Moms eat free with family. NEW! Silent Auction - bid on donated items to help support cancer camp. Also, Central Kentucky Canoe & Kayak will donate 100% of Mom's day trip to cancer camp for kids.
Memorial Day Weekend
May 22-25
Join us to start your summer fun - pool games, crafts, outdoor movie Friday night, entertainment at poolside Saturday night, BBQ dinner ($) Sunday night, pancake breakfast ($) Monday morning. Also, bike parade, limbo contest, ice cream social($), prizes for best decorated site, pool games. You won't want to miss the excitement!
Father's Day Weekend
June 19-21
Challenge Dad to a round of mini-golf or ping pong. Make a t-shirt at colortime craft hour($). Pool games, tour of cliffs and river on our stretch golf cart. Have a fishing contest with Dad at our stocked catfish pond. Jump like crazy on the jumping pillow or rent a banana bike ($) and explore the park. Pancake breakfast Sunday morning($) - Dads eat free with family.
2nd Annual Survivors Weekend
June 26-28
Join us for this popular weekend event. Bring your tribe and tribal name to Council meeting on Friday night. Learn your challenges for Saturday. Prizes for Ultimate Park Survivor! Also, outdoor movie, bike rentals($), try out the jumping pillow, crafts, & more.
4th of July Weekend
July 3-6
We'll start off with an outdoor movie on the big screen Friday night, BBQ dinner ($) Saturday night, DJ Sunday night, pancake breakfast ($) Monday morning. In between, join the scavenger hunt, bike parade, tour the river and cliffs on our stretch cart, enjoy the refreshing pool and adult hot tub, crafts, pool games. Prize awarded for best decorated site.
Annual Water Wars Weekend
July 24-26
The competition gets better every year! Bring your best water guns, bombs, balloons, and be prepared for a soaking! Challenge the Shepherdsville Fire Department to see who gets the wettest! Water, water, everywhere. We’ll also play pool games and slip and slide on the jumping pillow.
NEW! National Treasures Weekend
August 14-16
We'll be exploring nature to find treasures. Take nature walks, explore the Indian Cliffs and hear the history of the Indian reservation, gather local material during the scavenger hunt. Maybe you'll even find prehistoric dinosaur bones or arrowheads!
Country Western Weekend
August 21-23
Bonfire and weiner roast Friday night (we'll supply the dogs). Line dance instruction Saturday afternoon, dance Saturday night. Best costume and site decorating contests - prizes! Pool games, crafts, banana bike rentals ($), jumping pillow, mini golf ($).
Labor Day Bash
September 4-7
We'll be going all out for FUN this weekend - prizes for best decorated site and best bike in the parade. Outdoor movie Friday night, BBQ dinner ($) and dance Saturday night, ice cream social ($) and talent show and karaoke Sunday night, pancake breakfast ($) Monday morning. Tie-dye shirts ($), candy bar bingo ($), tours to cliffs and river in between. WOW!
NEW! Law Enforcement Weekend
September 25-27
All active military, police, and firemen with valid ID will be given 15% off camping this weekend! Also, you'll enjoy all the activities we offer free of charge, including mini golf, fishing, movie night (free popcorn & soda), jumping pillow. Hot dog roast (we'll supply the wieners) and karaoke Saturday night.
Halloween Weekends
October 16-18 & 23-25
We'll continue our tradition and DOUBLE the fun again this year! Two weekends of ghosts & goblins, including outdoor movies, haunted hayrides, bonfires, trick or treat, costume parade, Halloween crafts. Best costume and decorated site contests, guess how much candy corn in a jar and win, pumpkin decorating ($).
