Boston / Cape Cod KOAMeet Your Host After spending 25 years in the restaurant business, Wendy Jensen, manager of the Boston/Cape Cod, Mass. KOA Kampground, decided to heed the advice of an old saying: "Do what you love; love what you do." "I've always loved camping and outdoor activities, so when I decided to make a career change, I choose the camping business," says Wendy. "Camping should be a fun and memorable experience for the whole family. We take the KOA slogan "It's not camping. It's kamping," seriously. KOA kamping is different - and more fun! We'd like to think we have something for everyone. Outdoor movies, weekly bonfire and s'more roasts and pancake breakfasts are just some of the ways campers have fun at our campground." Campers who want to relax can enjoy the shady, tree-covered campground. Often in the spring, you can spot wild turkey and deer roaming the campsites. Campers who have lots of excess energy enjoy the jumping pillow, renting a banana bike, taking a dip in the pool or mining for emeralds and gems. There are even special activities for the kids during the summer months. In her spare time, Wendy trains her Jack Russell Terriers for agility and racing. Come meet Wendy Jensen. |
