We really did build the "World's Largest S'More"
On June 19, 1999 over 200 KOA campers and local Girl Scouts toasted 9,300 Jet-Puffed marshmallows, unwrapped 4,000 Nestle chocolate bars and 300 pounds of Honey Maid graham crackers in an attempt to create a new world’s record for the Guinness Book of Records. The monster munchie weighed in at 788 pounds and measured 10 feet wide by 40 feet long taking just over five hours to complete. This historic event was a big hit for families as they made their own individual s’mores all day long while cheering on the creation of the largest s’more ever made. It truly was a sight to see and we encourage you to check our events calendar for more exciting activities at the campground. Don’t miss out on all the fun!
Easter Weekend Eggstravaganza

Hop on over for our Easter party. Bring your basket for an Easter egg hunt, scavenger hunt, games, and potluck Easter dinner. We'll provide ham, potato salad and rolls. We welcome you to bring a favorite dish to share.
Come Camp and Care with Us - Mother's Day Weekend

Show mom how much she means to you and camp for a cause, all in one weekend. Stay and pay for Friday, and Saturday is FREE! Special events and activities will benefit KOA Cancer Care Camps. Join us to make special gifts for Mom throughout the weekend.
Memorial Day Weekend

Share in one of the biggest camping weekends of the summer. We'll host a weekend filled with games and activities, including an ice cream social, crafts, karaoke and an outdoor movie. Get your reservations early!
Pirate Thursdays

Aaargh! Every Thursday from May 31 to August 30 is Pirate Day! Anyone who dresses like a pirate gets a free eye patch.
Independence Week Celebration

Labor Day Bash

Enjoy the last hurrah of summertime. We'll host a weekend filled with games and activities, from arts and crafts to movies at our new giant outdoor cinema.
Halloween Spooktacular
October 24 - 26
It'll be a howl at our Halloween spooktacular weekend. Get your costumes ready! We'll hold contests for the best decorated site and the best children's costume. Enjoy trick-or-treating, scary movies, a haunted house, costume parade and a community campfire with ghost stories.
Thanksgiving Weekend
November 23 - 27
We'll offer a cornucopia of fun on our Thanksgiving weekend. Come celebrate with us and give thanks for family and country. We'll host a potluck Thanksgiving dinner. We'll provide the turkey and dressing, plus gravy and pies. Bring your favorite holiday dish to share.
