Asheville West KOAOur KOA NewsWe're Still Here!Yes, the massive rock slide on I-40 near the Tennessee line has caused some inconvenience, but you can still get here and enjoy our Blue Ridge Mountain hospitality. If you are coming from the west, the added mileage is only a little more than 70 miles taking the scenic I-81 to I-26 (one of the most scenic) and then south to Asheville. We're only 12 miles west on I-40 from there. From the east, just take I-40 to exit 37 and you're here. As a special bonus we offer you a discounted Hot Deal. Our New Pavilion is Ready for Large Group Events! The Pavilion is finished and furnished with picnic tables that separate easily and fold into park benches for multiple group uses. We look forward to having people take advantage of the space for group outings, family gatherings, dancing, music, karaoke nights, cozy nights by our large fireplace, sharing spooky stories and much, much more. The Biltmore has now completed the renovation of the Louis XV suite. The newly renovated suite adds to the Vanderbilt story as you tour the largest single family home in the United States. Don't forget to pick up your tickets at our kampground office. The tickets we offer are good for two consecutive days for the price of one day! Chimney RockThe Park is a Natural Heritage Site in the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area. Breath taking views await you at every turn.
